Bella Villa Prima Hotel

To exspensive, room price doubled for new year so left for somewhere cheaper.

Location is perfect, close to beach, shopping and markets. Like the large rooms with seating area, table and kitchenette. Great value for the area but it is an older facility.

Didn’t like the 8 floor street facing room as it gets sun all day long and the blinds need to be kept closed to keep heat out. The couches are hard and clunky.The gym was dirty, covered in black dust. When the regular breakfast team was on their day off, breakfast was terrible and the restaurant tables were piled high with dirty plates.

The location is great, close to everything, but the place is quiet. I like their breakfast; it has many European options. The swimming pool is great too.

I tried to add a special request. I ordered two rooms and I wanted them not next to each other, but I did not get a response about it.other than that the rooms l, the staff and the location, everything else was great

The house keeping staff are polite and helpful the rooms are clean

The worst reception staff are so rude except two staff I think kilo or kilo and the other boy I think he is from Philippin they are polite and helpful other than that the othe reception staff are really rude Bella villa prima was one of the best hotels before long time but unfortunately now is tea different than before simply they don’t provide face tissues at least

Location

Very close to the beach and a very good breakfast with healthy options.

The breakfast was excellent, high-quality ingredients. The new paint and updated decor have made a significant positive difference.

The room had minor cleanliness issues, and curtains were not hung properly. More critically, the hot water didn't work at night. The air conditioning unit also appeared dirty with a lot f dust. The most frustrating part was the tax invoice. The hotel initially refused to issue a tax invoice, claiming it was booking.com's responsibility. This led to a very troublesome and inefficient process of contacting booking.com's customer service, which provided no effective resolution. Ultimately, I had to negotiate directly with the hotel staff myself to finally optain the tax invoice.

I like the location and it bring in a quiet street

Good location, nice large room. Good shower temperature and pressure. Nice bath. Great mirrors. Nice view of pool. Air con worked well. Fast lift. Good facilities in room. Big wardrobe with lots of hangers.Nice door light feature to show do not disturb etc. Great room service.

No table on balcony. Poor wifi speed.No smart TV, unable to share from phone or tablet Thin walls, you could hear anything from the rooms next door, and I mean anything !Yale type key entry. No porter on arrival. Had requested a high floor room but only got mid level. Too close to noisy pool. Some electric USB sockets didn't work and plugs difficult to insert.

Has everything you need. Pool, close to great food, shopping etc. Room has all your standard amenities

The location was good as it’s a couple of minutes away from the beach and the tv was good with lots of options

Good spaces room, good facilities and walking distance to the Pattaya beach. Decent breakfast with a lot of options. Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel.

Just hope staff can be a little nicer, smile and respond to questions.

Great hotel to stay with family. Big room and big balcony. Great serene location yet close to all action you want to indulge in Pattaya.

The hotel is a very underrated Gem tucked away in Soi 4 second road pattaya.The staff are great and helpful, breakfast is good and different varieties from day to day.The deluxe room with sofa and a massive TV with YouTube and Netflix was a game changer and that alone will bring me back to this great hotel.

The only little negative was the water pressure in the bathroom, it wasn't strong but manageable.
