the staff was well trained and friendly
there was lots of cockroach into the room which was roaming on the bed during night. the bathroom drain was blocked. the water bottle quality was not good.

Price is very high as compare to rooms there rooms are very old and damaged Rooms were untidy and hotel staff was very irritating they were scamming guest in terms of false allegation of damaging props like towels and smoking in room

The room was not as promised. They have given all Indians a room on seperate building. The room was not clean. Pigeons had died out of the window. The Basin tab was not working. The bathroom was choking and there was a water passage problem. Location is good.

They showed us this hotel in pic and they have same name hotel on side and the rooms are like prison. Bed are not comfortable rooms are smelly If u r looking for girls that area is good.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed 1. Staff is pretty rude2. They will charge you more then 2000 Bhat if you got even a tiny stains on bed sheet or towel3. They will charge you if you ask for extra towel 4. AC cannot be controlled 5. Run out of hot water
Because the staff is pretty rude they don’t know how to behave specifically the security guard is extremely rude. They are looters they charged 1700 Bhat for a small stain on bed sheet

They didnt clean the room well. Plus the noises in the hotel, the receiption ladies are not smiling for the guest.
Only location is good as its near to walking street. Only rooms at the backside are good. I don't recommend this hotel.
The rooms which are in front part near reception, are in very poor condition. Air conditioning is controlled centrally and it's too humid and suffocating. There was no support from Reception in this. The new wing is better which is in a backside, it's also having a balcony - our friends stayed there. Further, there was some construction work going on and it disturbed us a lot. There are lot of Indian males visiting this hotel, so not suitable for Family.
The receptionist were really good. Especialy the youngest male receptionist with spex who used to come by night

Room not cleaned, staff not friendly, didn’t provided room at 2pm (usual Time of check in) - My friend booked room for me and the hotel didn’t took money out of the card demanding on the spot cash. Disappointed

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of THB 500.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash.
