Blue Cabin Hotel Formerly A-ONE New Wing Hotel

WiF....A real struggle as it goes off for 2hrs+ at a time & as a visitor it's terrible & Reception staff needs better skills on making GUESTS feel IMPT.

Breakfast is good, The location is also good. Iam very satisfied that the bathroom has a sufficient sufficient supply of hot water.

The air conditioner can't be set to the desired 23 degrees.

I did not feel welcomed, they showed how iam not welcomed at all. I left the hotel even though I paid for the first night. They didn't even ask why I was leaving and canceling my stay. All this happened while I was in reception and didn't even manage to check in.I have traveled often to many countries and also Thailand itself many times, but never been treated like that.

Loved the rooms, very spacious, and we were close to everything!

No microwave, and no pool. We had to go to one of the neighboring sister hotels if we wanted to get in a pool. The hotel across the way would cost 100 THB to use. The room service was pricey and did not come fully cooked.

Far too many steps to go for breakfast and to the swimming pool, very discouraging visit. Their elevator is also awkward. The hotel setting is not convenient for handicapped person

Nothing , I stayed in this property from 24 January to February 2 , they held 3000 bhath as a deposit money and they promised me to return this money after checking out , I checked out on February 2 but until today march 13 they didn’t pay my money back

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Good wifi.

1. 100 Bhat charge per person for use of the pool at the other hotel.2. Credit card deposit at check in.3. Shower temperature was a bit tricky to adjust.

I didnt take the breakfast, but location wise is very strategic and nice, room was pretty nice and neat, had a nice view of the sea as well, depending on where your room location is,

Maybe the shower knob in the toilet could be a more simpler version, the electrical power plug area is a bit tricky, suggest to also have a USB charging port as well.

somewhat spacious, good AC, clean, comfortable

bathroom sliding door has no lock and no noise isolation whatsoever. it's a cupboard door essentially, just heavier cause made of glass. TV is very dated so don't expect youtube, netflix, any streaming for that matter. heck even the range of tv channels is very limited and mostly in Thai. so unless you want to fiddle with a usb drive or an hdmi cable, it'll remain of low entertainment capabilities
