I didn't take the breakfast but the coffee was good. Location is quite good just opposite to the beach

The water in the washroom was coming dirty in the bathtub

Rooms were old but very clean Bathrooms could do with updating Air conditioning was excellent Great location Good restaurants nearby namely boat house , l’aroma ,cheap Charlie’s Plenty of bars to visit Pool area was excellent Sunbed’s and a nice shady area

Hello guys, we were on holiday with our 6 year old daughter. We really liked the location of the hotel, there is a playground, a market nearby and most importantly the sea is 2 steps away. The pool was big and magnificent. We stayed in the back building overlooking the pool. We had a great time staying at this hotel. We recommend it to everyone.

Arrived and took over half an hour to check in because Booking.com had not notified the hotel despite sending me confirmation of the booking. I showed the hotel my booking confirmation and they knew nothing about it. This is not the first time this has happened with Booking.com. Booking.com have some issues with their system and makes me avoid Booking.com for bookings that I make.

Simple checkin, 1000thb security deposit cash, nice small restaurant open till 3. Two amazing pools, pool towels supplied in room. Ok to bring food and drink in from outside.

WiFi abysmal, no signal in rooms, patchy by pool.

The reception staff were extremely rude, abusive and unhelpful. they wouldn't even call a taxi or give us a No. for a taxi. These reception staff would be hard pressed to get a position at Fawlty Towers.

Liked the room with a view of the pool, and all the staff were very attentive and curtious....

The bathroom door wouldn't shut....

Staff at the lobby was cold and not very friendly. The ones serving beers and coffee were, however, much nicer.

That it did not change over the years. It is still well maintained. Was there 1991 for a company outing

Room smell so badly felt like nobody has been in there for a while.It’s got worst every time we go. But it’s our last time there.Won’t go back

Overall the hotel provides all necessary requirements for a pleasant stay, near beach,shops.bars and restaurants and night life.

Nice and central for all restaurants and bars a nice break..Staff excellent always a smile. Our third time staying here will stay again...

Putting us in a room next to renovation work early in morning when other rooms were unoccupied

The counter lady at.morning in the reception are not approachable and bad behaviors toward us and giving us wrong directions when we asked the locations where to get the bus ...for me its not recommended to stay..
