The Serenity Resort

The Staff was amazing, especially the restaurant and reception did go out of their way to do everything possible for us. I want to especially mention Sarath who was always there to help us and did an amazing job.

The hot water did not work in our room. This was not so bad for me in particular but could be problematic for other people.

Location was not that good, except it is close to Banasura Sagar Dam.

They charged me tip on my final bill without my consent.

The manager of the property Arun made sure to help us out of his way. The breakfast was a very good spread and the location of the property was amazing. Definitely visiting this place again.

The pool wasn't clean when we went to use it.

while leaving, the fridge has one missing item which we did not use. Item was billed in our name even though it was never there. The resort should check and count the items before handing over the room to guest.

Good location, all the rooms facing towards the lake will get a great view, spacious rooms, chirping birds, facilities, amenities, staff members are good, worth to stay

The Need to work on water related issues in the washroom.

Bed and linen had dampness. I think the housekeeping should do something like airing out the room after each check out.Otherwise the hotel and facility was up to expectations!!! Closest resort to the beautiful Banasura dam.

The ambience ,location ,quantity and quality of food were good ..

Taste of Tea needs improvement ..variety of fish could have been made available ...staying close to Dam and having sea fish not a great idea ..

Resort is at a good location with room balconies facing reservoir. Very peaceful and windy.

The view the nar=ture the lake and the staff were outstanding features. The restaurant team were very cooprative specially with my infant dairy requirnments.

The wifi was cutting off at times
