Skylight Residency Yercaud

Bad

Property is not allowing us to stay, since booking.com is allowing us to pay at the hotel. But property owner is expecting advance and more rent (3500) than actual rent.1300. and no room is available.

Skylight Residency is a decent place to stay. Their rates are very reasonable for the facilities they provide. Neat and clean, with all basic amenities provided. Recommended for budget travellers.

Location was okay. Not very close, not very far to the centre of the town.

When we reached hotel, manager told us that there is no room available. They gave my room which I booked via booking.com to someone else. After talking to customer care, they arranged a room adjacent to reception which lacked privacy. They did not provide even basic toiletries like handwash or soap. Blankets and bed sheet had very foul smell. There were spider webs in the corners and lots of dust and some mould on the floor.

Location and climate

while check in, they did not allotted the room which we booked, they gave us the smallest room, after one hour of argument they allotted the room which we booked.

This was our First time visiting your skylight Residency. The facility is lovely with beautiful architecture and detail. The staff was courteous and the new building is amazing. The hotel honored my request for a high floor, but instead of overlooking the pool, we overlooked the rear of the Residency. It was well taken care of though in the covered parking. We highly recommend Skylight residency for both business and pleasure with family. Although the hotel is geared more towards adults, the new addition with pool makes it a bit more kid friendly.❤️❤️

There is no room available once I'm reached overthere after booked hotel through booking.com

It is located opp to a small mountain and has a good view and admosphire.. Newly built residency, very clean and neat. Good choice for a stay..

The building's location is excellent, as it's near the center and easily accessible from that place. Since it's a new building, everything is new and looks very good.

Very comfortable stay! Its more accessible to stay as it is near the main location. Best stay for families. Owner and the staff are very friendly. Since it is a new building I was not sure on how it is , but it was totally different and they fulfilled all the requirements.
