Staffs are Amazing really, My Son 1st Birthday came on exactly on the day of Staying here. The hotel staffs around 10 of them joined with us for the Cake Cuts took pictures, made our Son 1st Birthday Celebration Amazingly well. Room Size was very Big & Happy for the Same. Location & View was Superb & We Like them. Thank you for giving amazing experience.

Room was cleaned and neat.

Very worst staff service. I have called reception and told there is no drinking water available pls bring it but they taken very delay then finally I went to reception and get it and food prices are very high and taste is not up to mark.

Very Dirty pool, we could not use it, no sunbeds around the pool, shower did not work properly, only hot water. Very noisy neighbours until late, hotel staff did not do anything. Curtains did not block any Light, so we did wake up at 7 in the morning.

Restaurant person manimanran was too good

Swim suit price was too high and water was too cold

Buffet breakfast is good.The A/C rooms need to inform the front desk to switch them on centrally.Staff is pleasant.

The approach is steep.Tv starts with aloud intro advertisement everytime it’s switched on.

Room was very clean, family room was perfectly suited our requirements, moon walk restuarant and beverages provided was too good ?

Swimming pool was not clean and warm water was not filled out to compensate cold weather

The staffs are very friendly and the rooms are neat and elegant. The Breakfast options are outstanding and the quality is good

Parking option can be improved 10 cars only be parked

Amenities at game area need to be maintained. There was no game pieces to play...chess.. carrom, etc.

Breakfast was good. Restaurant upstairs was good

I paid Rs.10000 a night and definitely, the hotel was not worth that money. The sockets in the room did not work. Power cut in the night. The pool was not heated. Even in summer, it was cold and the pool needed minimum heating. Don't get enamored by the pool. U can hardly use it. I was not aware of the non AC rooms that I was allotted. Luckily AC was not needed. They were trying to put us in a AC room so that can trick us to upgrade.

Rooms were very clean and spacious.Staff were responsive with smiling face and constantly was checking on with us in case of any need.

Awesome place to relax, food was awesome. Many activities inside and staff and others were so gud. Totally enjoyed my stay. It was very much near to nature. Their hospitality was awesome. I loved the place and totally enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was tasty. Staff were good and polite. Food was tasty, but costly,understandibly, for a resort. View from the resort is very Good and access to all other places is easy.

During cyclone time in chennai, the resort refused to give back the booking amount and their booking policy doesn't include any kind of natural calamities.The road to the resort is a steep uphill and the road is totally broken and damaged. Very dangerous for sedan vehicles, which are bound to hit below and damages are imminent. Only SUV's can be OK.The Room curtains are really very dirty, not at all acceptable at any level and they don't close completely, affecting your privacy. The bed sheets are OK, but need more maintainance. Most importantly, the temperature inside the room is uncontrollably cool , if it rains heavily.

Location is good, Dining area is good though arrangement wise but there are lot of flies which is quite disturbing and unpleasant experience having food in dining area, hopefully they would resolve this. staff are very courteous.

Approach road is bad, Room is little congested even after paying close to 6K/Night.

Breakfast was average. Location was good but access road is full of potholes and ditch.

Food, Kitchen service. Only one guy to take order for the whole roof top restaurant. Too expensive for the money paid. Exorbitant rates of food and water. Not worth the money. Stay could’ve been much cheaper considering the hotel.
