Great Trails Yercaud By GRT Hotels

Location. Pool. Gym. View!

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we received outstanding service, making our experience truly memorable.

The only feedback I have is that the gym could benefit from some upkeep. However, when I shared this with the hotel staff, they promptly took action to address it.

Good location and ambience, excellent service

Seems little pricey

Location was great, you can relax in the resort without having the need to go out. Breakfast was very good. Staff are courteous.

Very warm and courteous staff. Excellent facilties.

A bit overpriced. There's scope to improve on the buffet variety

The property has been well designed, exceptional views, courteous staff, great food

Accessibility for people with physical disabilities

Full marks for the location and the ambience. Lots of activities planned within the resort. Swimming pool is very good. Very good choice for vacation in Yercaud. Really appreciate all the staffs for being so courteous and professional.

Driver Dormitory - have requested the team to expand the facility. Food can be slightly better. Overall very satisfying experience.

The breakfast provided was quite filling. The food arrangements, the variety foods, the timely assistance by the team. Frequently checking with us for any assisstance. The location is prime as the place have certain views which can be viewed only from Great Trails

I like the view from balcony. Relax and peaceful stay. Great location.

Food prices felt higher for economical families who were coming to just explore the location.

Food was not good as expected No of staffs for activities are very less...we wasted a lot of time.

Room and ambiences were really good

Great Trails Yercaud Hotel is like an oasis in the sky. The elevated setting and architecture of this well-maintained complex is enchanting, the photos not doing it justice. I really liked the setout of the room (valley view) and it was lovely sitting out on the balcony above the clouds looking onto the scenery far below. While we skipped dinner, the breakfast and lunch options were tasty - fresh with lots of variety. The dining room was an experience in itself, with views of the valley and trees. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lot of attention to detail so as to ensure our comfort. The hotel put on many events and were evidently family and dog-friendly with even a special play area for the dogs. We enjoyed the free tiffin in the afternoons at 4pm again with breathtaking views. Overall a really good experience and we would come again.

Activities for kids, swimming pool, tea & snacks and good spread for breakfast. One of the best available properties in Yercaud.

They can have a business center.

Good.staff were friendly.view was great

Lighting in bathroom was minimal. Layout of bathroom not good

Great locationgood breakfast but for room service quantity of food is less .also food is expensive

Breakfast spread is quite sufficient and had options for all categories of residents. We ordered our food most times in room service, the quality & quantity, and taste were meeting and or exceeding our expectation.

NA

The property location and staff behavior was very good and we enjoyed our stay here.

Bit expensive for the money they charge. breakfast menu looks repetitive. we stayed for 3 days and all the 3 days almost same menu. Evening snacks very ordinary. this also was repetitive and not the worth money we spend. other wise the property and expiriance very good.

Very good location & 52 square meter room was so huge to do our Board Meeting. Awesome Experience with the Sky Walk of Mountain view inside the Resort

Few times, the room service people missed few items that we ordered. Then we waited for the same to come back again in the room.

Entire Facility

Extra charges for pool table, VR , Mini Golf

The property is spread across a large area on top of the hill and it’s beautiful.

Veg spread can have a bit more variety in it.

Hospitality at its best. View from the Skywalk. Loved their coffee.
