Water supply in bathroom in night not available. But after tell to room boy water filled in tank.

was very pleased with my stay at your lodge."e staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."he rooms were clean and comfortable."The food was delicious and well-presented." would highly recommend this lodge to others.

Sorry to say..it's not value for money

Room was not clean, bedsheets n blankets not changed, no towel or soap, door lock was very difficult to open..even damaged. Room service was very poor..most of the time reception was empty. Totally disappointed and waste of money both in hotel n yercaud trip. I won't recommend both to anybody.

Nothing. Terrible rooms and poorly maintained

The pictures shown were not at all açcurate. Please do not visit the place. Had a terrible experience on the trip mainly due to stay

It's not a hotel it's a kind of lodge not worth more than 500 rupees

Smelly bed sheets& blankets un maintained bathroom and lot of bed bugs as well as not provided any water bottle and soaps towels and also they are not professional

For the past two weeks I have booked Cross Dave Hotel in Yercurd for dates 10.10.2024 to 14.10.2024 for which they asked me to pay 1500 as advance then yesterday I got a call from the hotel and they canceled my booking and refunded my advance but they have not sent it yet.

Very very worst residency they are having more then 7 residency around yercurd only two property registered in the booking. Com application if you're booking in the wepsite they are cancel your booking last minute stating some unwanted reasons they are pushed their other property sites

Serene and peaceful location and great vibe... Ideal location for an ambient weekend getaway.... Accessibility to major attractions at Yercaud well within ideal driving or walking range...Staff behavior was excellent and each and every staff are helpful and well-mannered....

I booked the rooms through booking. Com when i wemt at night the receptionist was sleeping, after 30 minutes he came and said rooms not available.. we slept in the car itself in the jungle. Pathetic booking.com vendor

Comfortable room with clean bathroom

We asked for extra blanket but it's not available .TV remote is not functioning properly

Worst ever hotel I have stayed in my life time please don't book room in this hotel in yercaud waste of money no current supply in day and night time poor water supply in day and night time hotel staffs are not responding about guests issues they are cheating the guests like they have quality rooms for making advance amount.. heater not working in both day and night times this hotel owner and hotel workers are robbing money from the guests who are coming to this Grass dew hotel?

The resort is located at beautiful location and which is nearer to boathouse ..And the response from the staff is awesome..

The room maintenance is not good ..Even a dustbin also is not provide inside the room ...TV , table, chairs are not provided ..Water is not came at the early morning..

Safe to stay..... Friendly staffs especially Williams taking care of us very well

Some how staff is good.

Rooms are not in good condition, it's not good for stay, they didn't have any facility, even they won't provide Drinking water bottle, they have water purifier but that's not in good condition. Beds are dirty and bad smell in room, they didn't had bathroom mat, bucket and jug are slippery condition,may be they have not cleaned since inception. They kept a old doom tv which is not working, totally it's not a good hotel to stay.

For this budget stay I never expect these but wonderful stay!!! thanks grass dew. And onemore thing I'm not a paid reviewer. 1.Friendly staff2.Best & secure for couple, family stay. 3.Good environment. 4.clean bed but pillow cover want to more clean some stains were visible. 5.My favorite stay every time. 6.If the property maintained hereafter like this one of the best budget stay in yercaud. 7.Walkable distance is upto 300m to Hotel from the yercaud lake.

Staff was kind

The picture is different from what I saw when I got there. Feel like they could have washed the sheets and make the room more comfortable. The electrical connections were a little loose too.

Very worst not worth for 1500 and after we reaching the resort they are asking us to cancel our room from booking.com .and asking us to pay individually.no water bottle inside the room no bed room light.room is full of dust and tidy.beds and bed sheets were not washed it was already used by some one bed was torned.very disappointed the owner is only money mined service very worst..pls sort of this problem grass dew....
