In room service was a bit slow. Had to call the reception multiple times for coffee.

Climbing steps? to reach room....but manageable... These are part nd parcel of hill resorts

Location is 10/10.. Stay here in this Resort for the BEST LOCATION in Yercaud. Entire Valley is infront of you. If you want such views then make sure to book Privilege Suite with Terrace & Balcony. Room No.208 and 207 are outstanding.

Electric shock in the kettle used.No hot water for shower.RO water sent for drinking in use and throw cans instead of water bottles requested.Request for close by rooms not provided

We stayed for 2 days. First day break fast was good and next day some of the items missing. Even the tea was not tasty on the second day

Maintenance should be improved. Used cups, flasks and bottles kept in front of our room for 2 days .Is shows poor maintenance and lack in hygiene.

View point, close to nature

This property is not for senior citizens. The property has lot of stairs and also inside the room there are stairs to get to bedroom. It is very uncomfortable to climb up and down with narrow steep stairs.

The property is very well located and has stunning views for most of the rooms. The view from our room was good but unfortunately the weather was very cloudy through the stay. There was a very large balcony which was the highlight of the room. However, this place is difficult to navigate if you are a senior citizen. There are two many steep stairs to climb up and down every time you step out of the room. All in all it was an enjoyable stay for us and my friends.

The restaurant was too noisy and crowded. We understand the visit was during the holiday season, but keeping that in mind the service here could be stepped up a bit here. Lack of cutlery/ napkins was irritating. . The lids of all the hotplates kept falling with a loud noise each time anyone served themselves . It would be useful if the bill is shared or sent to rooms before check-out allowing the guests to reconcile the bills in peace. There was a delay because several were checking out and many checking-in and some families ahead of us had issues on their bills and we had to wait for some time making all of us restless as we had a long drive ahead of us. These are just constructive thoughts and hope it will be taken in a positive manner.

The room and food facilities are good Nearby we have view point and small shops.

The classic rooms are accessible easily with liftThe suite 2BR rooms have steps inside. We need to climb up or down the stairs to access even Bed and Bathroom. So old people and people with leg issues can better take classic rooms.

The entire staff were very courteous. Especially in the Discovery Central. Helpful. Facilities are definitely upto the mark, however, not satisfied with the Gym. Very very small. Not much equipments to explore. Cleanliness were upto the mark.

The location is not at all developed, not sure why? Same few small shops selling tea, coffee, snacks etc., Totally dry (I can understand it is due to the summer, but the property owners can join together and keep the place clean and hygienic) Gym. Very small to explore. Could have been better. If it is not possible, then the GYM can be removed totally.

The location, the view, the staff were all top class.

AC was required in summer, so it was a little uncomfortable without it. Also, the food was good but could have been better

The fan really troubled us. It was too fast, even the lowest speed, and was way too noisy. We couldn't sleep with the fan on and couldn't sleep with the fan off either as it was a bit stuffy.
