Hotel Arunachala

The customer service was below average, when we were checking in in to the hotel the staff mentioned the checkout time was at 10 am which was not convenient at all and we haven't seen that in non of the hotels.

Unavailability of all kinds of food at anytime, location is inaccessible to sedan or suv cars due to barricades

Perfect location, just 20m away from temple & close to many eating places.Staff Lakshmi in the cafe is very helpful.

Rooms could be more cleaner. There were small cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Pillow covers were torn. Parking can be improved.

Restaurant offered limited menu but good value for money

Proximity to the property is the only good thing about the property.

Sheets were torn, bed was old and caved in while laid down, lobby was stinking.

Staff were not at all trained, unprofessional people,before check in called up, after reaching the city, asked us to park it outside 1km away from the hotel , asking us to come by rickshaw, very horrible experience, I have to speak to the cops inspector am so & so to allow our car, then reached the hotel.After reaching the hotel, security was not allowing us to park beside the hotel parking space, although reception was saying to allow our car, security was not listening.Wasted 1 hour to park our car, they must keep trained security and the staff.They are not at all trained professionals security or the staff.The overall experience was horrible, because of this delay we couldn't visit the temple that was auspicious night although we reached the hotel by 6:45pm and entered the hotel check in at 7: 55 pm because of the parking issue.By the time the temple was closed at 8:30pm.I have asked the hotel owner nos to share our inconveniences, I left my telephone no too, no response from him.The contact nos what you shared was the reception front office.UN Professional staff.Horrible staff, they must change the middle aged goon security , they must keep some well behaved in hotel main entrance.Morning no hot water ?Geyser was not working, horrible experience.Very Bad.

Room was clean. Food was excellent. Staff were courteous and attending the requests immediately

Detail about car park in the rear side access road was not available. It would have been better to keep sign board on the road.

No proper lighting inside the rooms, Hot water is limited from 6AM to 10AM.

Great location next to temple and all amenities like shops and restaurants nearby.

There was nothing I disliked!

The hotel is located very near to the temple. The staff are so polite and make our stay comfort,

Air Conditioner is not working in room no:215 where we stayed. This is the only uncomfortable that we faced there.
