Very central location at the beginning of the old city, everything is walking distance to the historical center. The staff have been amazing and very friendly.

I’m afraid the title ‘boutique’ of the hotel is quite optimistic! The room was decent size, however the beds were old and squeaky , not to mention that the duvet was not for tall people , same goes for the shower which was really short and it makes it challenging for someone above 1.80cm height to get a decent shower.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the big room with the bathtub and had a romantic and cozy stay. The facilities were very modern and the location was convenient. We were very satisfied with the room. I also messaged with the hotel to set up a little surprise ahead of time and they were very helpful and kind with that. Much appreciated.

Like other reviewers have noted, service was hit and miss. There was one staff member who was super friendly and attentive. I didn't catch his name but he was great. However, the rest of the time the other staff were unprofessional and not helpful. I was surprised that for such a nice hotel the service could be so lacking and inattentive. Someone has invested a lot of money into this place, I don't know why they haven't invested in more staff and customer service training.

The hotel was generally fine and well-located to the sights in Bukhara. The breakfast wasn't great - it was a self-service buffet but there were staff who were trying to help which was unnecessary and got on my nerves a bit, it would have been nice just to have been left to get on with it.

Great stay in this very nice, clean, and tasteful hotel in Bukhara! This very comfortable Hotel is in a perfect location to access all Bukhara’s major sites easily. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the Front desk daytime receptionist, she is amazing with providing a warm reception, thoughtful recommendations, and much needed suggestions (such as where to get shoes repaired, eat, visit, and purchase quality gifts) truly adding to a great experience on my first visit to Bukhara!

The location of the hotel is so convenient, the transport can reach at the same time, a two minute walk to the main square. Staffs are superb both Gulya and Ilyas. Gulya is very helpful and can speak good english. Ilyas suggests us to go to the site out of the town which very beautiful. Breakfast is variety and delicious. Room is comfortable but the housekeeper can be more do bedding. So far, I recommend people to stay here. You will have a good experience as me.

All the street in old town is under construction so there are dusk everywhere. After this finish, the situation should be better and more joyful.

Beautiful room, looked exactly like the photos online. Everything was lovely, super comfy bed, great wifi, good air con, really cute welcome snacks. Amazing location, everything was lovely. The only slight negative is that our room didn't have the best hit water. Would definitely recommend though, the room is very comfortable and the attention to detail in the decor was fabulous.

Disappointed

The bath tub room is on ground floor so literally no privacy..all room windows open in the same courtyard. Moreover the water was almost cold to lukewarm in the cold weather..so there was no use booking the room with bathtub..the price is not at all justified

Small rooms, substandard furniture and bathroom facilities, an insect/bug bit my wife's ankle. No rollaway beds or cribs in the room.

I liked everything about this hotel. In the center of the old city, close to all attractions. The staff is very friendly. The hallway has a very soft carpet, so you can walk without shoes. :) The furniture is very high quality and beautiful. Pleasant smell of freshness and cleanliness in the hotel.

There is no elevator, so non-walkers and older people will find it a little difficult to get up.

Warm and cosy. Too warm at times but I think we as guest could be better in managing the temperature from the AC / heater in the room. Beautifully decorated and luxury furnishings in the high end room.

The shower in the bathroom floods when we use it. The hotel can improve its drainage. The TV in the standard room has no cable TV but they provided cable for the higher priced room.

The location of the hotel turned out to be very convenient: the main attractions, shops and transport hubs were nearby.

The location of the hotel is so good. It's within walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions and top rated restaurants. All the staff members were very polite and helpful. Breakfast bread was very good and they prepared it fresh for us. This room is probably the biggest of most boutique hotels at this price range.
