great breakfast and good location with easy access to all major attractions in Bukhara. Traditional guest house with a very atmospheric courtyard. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Location, practically in the center of the old Bukhara, historic place, friendly staff (we arrived at 5 in the morning as our flight was delayed), very good breakfast in Uzbek style;

The room that was given to me was nice and comfortable. The staff was also nice and they willing to help if I needed something. The tourist spots are also within the vicinity of the hotel

This is a hotel inside a historical house, the decoration and facilities are just amazing, it is like staying in a museum. The location is amazing also, less than 5 mins walking from main attractions but far enough to hava a quiet and serene stay. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful and room is very well-equipped !

I booked room with terrace Checked with hotel 2 times it is confirmed. I got room with no window really unkind reception. I came late at 12:30am and said when am I coming. I was asked to pay before seeing room. In the morning I spent 3h looking for hotel and changed. Money was returned for unused nights. The hotel itself was empty, laundry everywhere . Booking has no phone to call in Uzbekistan and customer service does not help at all. I walked to another hotel and made my own arrangements loosing sightseeing on limited schedule.

It is historical caravan sarai. Very very good central location. Very helpful staff. Very delicious breakfast. Walking distance to anywhere in old town. They offered reasonable pick up prices. So I used their pick up service. We missed the breakfast time. They kept breakfast for us. So we could have breakfast late. That was very kind.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in the center of Bukhara. The location is excellent, with many of the main sights, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel has a lot of charm, featuring traditional touches that give it a unique atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful when needed. Considering the central location and overall quality, it offers good value for the price. It’s a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Bukhara.

Fantastic location just at the edge so easy for drop off and pick up of taxis. Plentiful breakfast. Comfy bed and good sized modern room + bathroom. Strong wifi. Very hospitable and accommodating staff!

Overall excellent. We had an issue with a taxi and the staff was extremely helpful with resolving the issue quickly. Don't let this discourage you from traveling to Bukhara or Uzbekistan. All other people we encountered were very polite and friendly.

Extremely good value hotel in the most convenient location at the entrance of the historical area right across from a cheap convenience store. The receptionist is also extremely helpful and friendly.

The property was well situated next to a road where cars can easily drop and pick you up. It’s also extremely walkable to the major attractions. The hotel is very clean, and they provide excellent breakfast!

The best hotel I stayed in in months, better than fancy Accor hotels. With nice gentleman at front desk, very accommodating and let me check out late. 10/10 recommend. Comfy room and beautiful with location right next to all attractions, perfect stay
