Khan Hotel Bukhara

I think it’s a good hotel in this price range in Bukhara.

It was a bit hard to get to with road works. The rooms were hot and small

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The hotel is located in the center, within walking distance to all historical sites.

Breakfast was good. Best location.

Wifi Internet was not working sometimes.

Location, cleanliness, comfort

Don’t buy from the hotel the tours. They say they charge less than a travel agency by contacting drivers they know while they charge much more. Evidently they make money out of it. Too much money, I reckon, being the difference significant.

The hotel is near the city center and the staff was very kind and helpful, they all speak fluent English.The room was large and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet was good and various.There are also good restaurants nearby as the one with the water tank at the front.

Bukhara charmed me with its oriental atmosphere and the spirit of old caravanserais. Hotel Malika turned out to be a cozy place with local character and friendly staff. The excellent location – right by Lyabi-Hauz – made everything easily accessible

I wasn't completely happy with the monotony of souvenir shop offerings – many stalls had almost identical merchandise. Sometimes it was difficult to find a place with authentic, home-style cuisine rather than just tourist-oriented food. Also, the service pace in some establishments was very slow, which could be discouraging

This was a very nice hotel near the center of Bukhara's old city. My room was spacious and had everything I needed plus some, including a very comfortable bed. It's very modern, with traditional decor. The staff were all friendly & helpful, particularly the front desk. The breakfast was plentiful with good food, although I missed it on my last day since I had to leave early. I picked this hotel vs others in the area because it had a fitness center, but that was one area which could be improved a bit. However it was nice that they at least had a couple cardio machines and a basic weight machine.

The gym could use an update but honestly, it was not bad considering I only had access to a gym twice during my 2 week stay in Uzbekistan, and it's better than nothing!

What I Liked:**I found Hotel Malika by searching on the map. However, when I arrived, I realized it’s in an incredibly central location.The farthest historical monument from the hotel is the Bukhara Fortress, and you can even walk there through the side streets in just 7 minutes. Such a fantastic location at such reasonable prices is a rare opportunity.On the other hand, no matter how good a hotel is, the attitude of the staff and management is extremely important. At this hotel, we were greeted with the warm hospitality I’m used to in my own country. From the receptionists to the cleaning staff, from the restaurant team to other employees, everyone is incredibly helpful, understanding, and easy to communicate with. Rest assured, they will support you in every way possible.Right next to the hotel, you’ll find beautiful cafes, historical sites, squares, authentic shops, museums, and transportation options—all within easy reach.The hotel is brand new but built in harmony with the local, historical architecture. High ceilings, comfortable beds, window screens, top-brand bathroom amenities, luxurious and stylish touches, spacious and beautifully designed bright rooms await you.A lovely area has been designed in the hotel courtyard where you can smoke or sit at a low table. The breakfast also had a very rich variety.I will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone.

Overall, everything was perfect, but if I must write something, I can only mention these minor points... It would have been great if the hotel’s restaurant, which is still under construction, had been completed. It would also be nice if the windows in the rooms could open upward. The sidewalks around the hotel are being renovated, so some areas might be a bit dusty, but I assume this isn’t the hotel’s fault and will be resolved soon.

The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the old city, just a short walk from the main historical sites. The traditional Uzbek décor gives it a charming and authentic feel, and the courtyard is a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh local options.

The courtyard is a nice place to relax, and breakfast is tasty. A great choice for a stay in Bukhara!

Location is a bit difficult to find

My stay at Hotel Malika in Bukhara was just what I hoped for. The location was perfect; I could easily walk to all the main attractions and really soak in the atmosphere of the old city. My room was spacious and clean, a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a treat, with a good variety of food to choose from. While the decor might be a tad dated in places, and the Wi-Fi occasionally flickered, these were minor inconveniences. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Hotel Malika to anyone visiting Bukhara.

No parking, roads are closed

The hotel is situated at an excellent location, just on the site of heritage buildings. Hotel is nice and clean. Room I had taken was spacious, clean. Toilet was clean, hygienic, having bathtub. I liked it.

The Staff was not that friendly as expected. so much so, Toothbrush or Shaving kid was not available on the justification that the stock is finished.

The location is exceptional, placing you within walking distance of iconic landmarks, bustling bazaars, and charming alleyways.

It was very cold in Bukhara

Very clean, spacious and quiet. Convenient location to go sightseeing.

Awesome central location with all the key historical places under ten minutes walk away. The staff are happy and focused on making sure the stay is comfortable and memorable. the breakfast spread is great and plenty. They have a nice outdoor seating area which is breezy and fun, as also a covered terrace with a nice view.

wifi inside the rooms isn't great for video calls especially for work but good enough for general surfing.

Room 5 was very new, spacious and near the restaurant. BF was great. We were the only guests and even though there was no buffet, we were treated with plenty of food, all delicious. The services were exquisite.

The new room still has smell of wood and paint. But overall we managed by open the windows.

Very convenient location, decent size comfortable rooms, friendly staff
