The location is good, its right on the beach, staff are friendly, room is nice, view is good.

The room wasn’t clean enough, one of the pools is quite dirty, the hot tubs weren’t able to be used, but the worst thing for me was the breakfast, it was horrendous, I’ve never stayed anywhere with breakfast food made so poorly. Eggs were watery, not much proteins, nothing tasted fresh.

I saw comments that the hotel is dated but I think there is charm about it and it's not bad. I have booked a room with sea view and balcony and my room was very big. The bathroom has walk in shower and bath too. There are 3 different swimming pools and garden. In the complex is a small shop with water, drinks, ice cream, snacks and souvenirs. The breakfast was very generous with many different Asian and European food options. The complex offers multiple restaurants. I was expecting more sea food but due low season not all were open. Beach has sun beds and umbrellas and it was mainly empty. Big waves for surfing and beach was so long, great for walk. If you stay use their wellness center it's special and the service was amazing.

It’s quite worn down and far away from everything. They advertise with 8 restaurants but most of them were closed most of the time. The two open ones were out of stock quite often, which made dinner and lunch very challenging. The bars at the pool and beach were closed, so the only way to get drinks was to run to the souvenir shop. It was forbidden to order in food and there are no other restaurants nearbyThey advertise with activities like horse riding and atv but the reality is there is nothing left of those companies

Very run down and old. Poorly maintained rooms.Aircon was not working and had to wait few hours for it to be fixed.

The room was old, specially the bathroom, overall this resort was old and lack of good maintenance. There were a lot of tourist groups, and a lot of guest with children.

The grounds of the resort were stunning and among the best locations of any resort I have stayed in the world.

Downside was the resort is under significant renovation which I was not aware of at time of booking and only realised upon arrival. We had to request room change as we were initially placed in the wing of the hotel that was under construction with work being undertaken between 8am and 6pm daily. The noise was too loud to remain in our room. The renovations also meant half of the restaurant’s and hotel services were closed. The resort, especially the pool have seen better days but the cost and the stunning views of the South China Sea and luxurious grounds full of monkeys and monitor lizards made up for this.

It’s was exceptional. So many wildlife in the resort. Kids love the monitor lizards. Quite beach. Love our stay as it was quiet and relaxing. We had a hire car so it was easy to access

I think the massage can be improved. Eg. Some relaxing music & essential oil dispenser while massaging is going in.

The room is suoerb. The problem is the breafast. The food was suck. Have to wait a long queue. Suppose international hotel like u offered a lot of food like asian, malaysia. Chinese and international food. Like Pullman or Le Meridien. But u just offered menu like 3 star hotel. The coffee machine was broken. The pastry and desert are sucks. Please upgrade ur breakfast menu. Tq

The property is on a very nice beach. The Spa is incredible. However I have to just point out a few things and I really hope they execute some improvements.Your staff need training, desperately. The only location I chose to eat at was never busy but the service was horrendous. They were struggling with 10 tables and three waiters. This should not be a problem. Calamari/Squid should be taken off the menu. It's not a healthy looking dish, it's more oil than fresh fish. If you order a starter and a main they should not come out together and then also before your drinks.The rooms are spacious I will commend you on those but they had a smell of mould. Suggestion here would be to get some dehumidifiers for the rooms. Bathrooms also need a deep clean. Baths shouldn't be yellow. If it's the water staining the bathrooms then I'd suggest some filters on taps.The breakfast buffet was not really a buffet. Who are you catering to? It seems only locals? The system is a bit bizarre with having the hot station outside, just bring it indoors. You have plenty of unused counter space. Again with staff training, why does nobody clear tables until the "rush" of a few tables is done? And speaking of tables, you have a humidity issue, please fix the salt shakers. Food options were very limited and heaven help you if you come to eat an hour before buffet is done. They have run out of most things and nobody understands you when you ask a simple question of do you have butter.As for the rooms, I loved walking past dirty plates outside rooms and extra beds because you can get someone to deliver a paper to notify us of the check out time but not to clear the corridors? Main bed was comfortable, the outdoor couch was very rusty. I'd suggest getting some better outdoor furniture. Would have been great to sit outside and have a coffee or enjoy the sunset with a beer and a book. Room service needs to have a better system.

Understaff, waited long time for our rooms and the rooms is mouldy and greasy and dusty. Some light not functioning.
