Hotel staffs are very responsive. They actively help to solve problems. Wifi is working well. My room is kinda clean.

1. First thing first, the room I got was NOT same as their pictures. Please SEE BELOW MY PICS. This single room is not a stony one at all and quite poor, for example the door of wardrobe was broken, so that I cannot user it at all. I would say, if they posted the true pics of this room, I would not book it. 2. In my room there is no warm water for shower. On the first day I noticed that when I was taking shower and tell them on the second day. The staff told me just turn on the water ca. 5-10 minutes then warm water will come. In fact, I still got no warm water but was thinking anyway I have only one more day to stay so I gave up. Three days no warm water. 3. I was charged twice shortly after checked in. I am pretty sure that wasn’t a charge by booking.com since I called the hotline and checked. Maybe this is something you should check as well. Thanks for the notification of my banking app. The staff could not do anything but refunded me in cash when I check out. They are still quite responsive.

The location is quite in the heart! The otopark (paid parking facility) is like 5 mins walk away! All other attractions are within 15 mins walk away! Unlimited tea, water and nescafe! Breakfast spread was great! The staff was super friendly and accommodating at all times! The hotel was beautifully decorated and was super cozy! Also had same day laundry service!

The washroom! The washroom was the tiniest! Because of the interiors it felt like a makeshift door! So room could get smelly. Secondly, once you shower there is a possibility of a wet washroom since it doesnt dry up! I genuinely found this super convenient! The staff also doesnt speak english so I just beared it!

Good location: I took a Havaș from the airport and the driver dropped me next doorAnd also it's about 10 mins to main square and Mardin MuseumBreakfast is just the best, the Turkish oneThere is AC in roomAnd also amazing terrace with the good view Everything was just perfect

As for the hot water in shower - everything works, just you need couple mins to let the cold water pass

A quaint little old house turned into a B&B. Toana - the owners son - is a rock start and operates this place like a boss. Dima is an excellent chef who makes perfect breakfast. Tea being served non stop. Very glad i got to spend my time there.

It would be nice to have daily cleaning. The room also gets a bit stuffy if left closed for along time…

Beautiful room, nice and big breakfast, located in the middle of the old mardin bazaar. Easy access to the shops around, applicable parking space. My miserable only to deal with Google maps, it doesn’t show the right way to the hotel, It brings me to the back small road between the old buildings rather than the main road. Some struggle to find the place until I found the right way. Overall, I’m satisfied with the stay in this hotel.

No hot water at all. You have to wait for it like 30-40 minutes. Personal wasn’t included into this problem. We asked 3-4 times. Also we were told breakfast served at 8.30, it was import and no one even moved on the kitchen nor at 8.40 nor or 9. Highly not recommended for stay.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They have me an upgrade for the first night I stayed there. The location was great, very easy to reach and quite central. The terrace downstairs was beautiful, and the view from the breakfast area was breathtaking.

The rooms were quite cold (in December) and they allowed people to smoke in the breakfast area. However, they provided equipment to heat up the room after we mentioned it.

The hotel is located on a quiet beautiful street of the old town. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The room was so beautiful and made us feel like in an eastern fairy tale. It’s clean and equipped with all the necessary stuff.

The room is not soundproof at all, every night we got waken up at late hours by people who were hanging out in a patio that was just behind our room. The room was also quite warm at night and for an unknown reason the air conditioning didn’t work at night. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Very authentic and welcoming athmosphere, wonderful, helpful and friendly staff.Hygenic, comfortable, radtefully decorated rooms. Bathroom facility was great.Breakfast deliciously prepared and served generously indeed.Staff was very efficient.It is a delightful boutique hotel, location was very good.My husband and I congratulated the management.

All was very good, well above our expectations.We throughly enjoyed our stay.

After staying at multiple hotels in this region, we expected this one to be the least impressive based on online booking reviews. However, it turned out to be the exact opposite!The hotel is wonderful — secluded and pleasant. It has beautiful views, a private terrace for guests, spacious rooms with varied lighting options, new air conditioners, comfortable beds, and warm, fluffy blankets (all the previous hotels had only waffle sheets, assuming it was warm enough, but I tend to get cold and need a blanket even in 30°C weather).The stay includes a Turkish breakfast, which is very diverse and delicious. I especially enjoyed a unique sweet treat that seemed like carrot jam — something I’d never seen before!

We found nothing that we didn’t like.

The room was small and did not have a big window, table or closet and if I changed the price would rise, it did not say that in beginning that I remember.

Breakfast is traditional for this area and very tasty. Room is large and the view from the window is spectacular! There is a parking lot nearby, costs 300 Turkish liras a day. Mardin is a wonderful city, really!

Stunning setting, beautiful room, and very nice staff. Joanna deserves a 5 star mention because she spent more than 20 minutes accompanying us in our car to guide us to a nearby parking lot. Breakfast was good, too.

Please Use WhatsApp to send a pin for the location of the GAZI Hotel PARKING LOT to guests who are driving. GPS is nearly useless in finding the hotel itself because it is deep in a narrow sokak.

The decor was historic and pleasant.

No parking, even though the hotel claims it has parking. It’s also quite inhospitable to cars to reach and the hotel is away from the main road. Disappointing in this respect.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is literally stunning, we loved the decor, the view and the location. Very nice and helpful staff, took great care of us even after checking out. The room was exactly like in the photos, beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good as well. We'll definitely come back in the future ❤️

A small but charming room in an old traditional building. The view from the terras and the dining room is amazing. The breakfast was good and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's on a small side street, so it's quiet, but very close to the main street of the old town, and close to a dolmus stop. Some minor downsides are part of sleeping in an old building, they didn't bother me. Loved the wonderfully decorated common area.

The bathroom and the room are basically one room without any form of separation (like a curtain). There is no mechanical ventilation which makes the whole room quite damp after showering.

Nice old building, great view from the rooftop and breakfast room and a nice breeze in the evening. Friendly staff and a delicious and large breakfast. It is in a central location in old Mardin, close to everything.

The room was a bit small, but ok for me. You hear a bit the noise from the staircase and other rooms.

The location - in a typical old-Mardin pedestrian alley, quiet yet close to the bazar and main road - was perfect. From the sitting room, with its big sliding windows, the view over the vast plain was beautiful. Downstairs our room was very comfortable (except for the location of the shower) and opened onto an attractive, shared patio. The breakfast was delicious and especially Tuana was very helpful to us.
