Swimming pool.

I had some trouble sleeping because the room was quite warm. When I mentioned it to the staff, they explained that it was cold outside, which I understand. However, the room still felt uncomfortably warm. The suggestion was to keep the window open, which I tried, but since it only opens slightly, it didn’t make much difference.Overall, the hotel is very nice and clean. I hope you might consider giving guests more control over the room temperature in the future.

breakfast was not to the standard of five stars Hotel.

We book 2 rooms 4 guests when we arrived they said no you booked for 2 guests. And we booked with breakfast and they said no it's without breakfast .

the room are very good. . the a/c is very good. the parking area should have shades for cars especially in the extreme heat of summer.

the TV was fixed on the table, while I suggest to fix it to the wall so it does not take space. the swimming pool was quite small and felt the water isn't clean enough, probably the filters aren't working.

The dining room service was slow even by European standards. Felt ignored.

If there is anything good, I'd say that the size of the room is fair. Chair and armchair were confortable. The bed is quite ok and we found a cover in the wardrobe for my partner. The fridge worked quite ok.

How could I start?. We were in urgency and got to reserve this hotel as we could not reach the one in the old town due to my partners inablity to walk long distance or go through stairs. We had no other choice to get this hotel (that looked , in principle, clean and professional) at almost 12 at night. This was our most expensive hotel in a 20-day trip in Turkiye, what could go wrong?.To start... we pay over 105€ per night and no one can help us with the luggage?.... I know it is late but come on. The check in reception person did not seem to speak English. It is fine for me because I comunicated with Google translator, but one could expect English to be default in this hotel. When we checked out, there were 2 or 3 people in the reception. Really, no one can help us with the luggage? I think this should be a default service in such an expensive hotel.When we made the reservation, we asked for a non-smoker room (if I am not mistaken) but they did not ask when checking in. We go up and they give us a smoke-smelling room. Then got to go down, already past 00:00, to ask for another room and move all our stuff again, from floor 4 to floor 3. The shower head looked disgusting (picture) and the knob was hardly movable to reach a good temperature. Several parts of the shower also looked broken. We also noticed that the electricity and lights go off several times in our last night. The TV and the phone look to be from a couple of decades back. I have worked many years in hotels and I do not like to go and complain, I do not like to confront with workers because I have been one of them. It was a mistake to get this hotel, do not make the same mistake.The room description says it includes a "bath" (does not specify shower over a bath, just says "bath tab") and minibar. Has none. And you can connect to the Wifi, if it works well then it was not when we attended.

The swimming pool/saunas/gym did not work, smoking rooms were issued, the staff worked for a long time, there was no cleaning. The rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes. Strange laundry. a coin is bought separately and laundry powder is bought separately.

Pillow was not good and the tv was old, not enough channels, no drink water , just 2 tea bags, there was no air conditioner ( too hot) , fridge wasn’t working , sauna and steam room was not working

Covid procedures with breakfast

The service is not bad but only one reception staff can communicate in English.

The location is quite far from everything as it is located on a hilltop. The room felt a bit old and the thermostat did not work well at all.

The washing machine, so I could do my own laundry, but I wish that I had known the hotel had this facility before I arrived as I would of been able to pack less clothes.

The cleaning of the room was not good at all. Mirrors were all smeared and the dust on the chair, well didn’t look to have been cleaned from new. I have added a photo of the dust on the chair

Staff was very professional, always ready to help us, and asking all the time if we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The location was a little bit too far from Eski Mardin, so we needed a taxi all the time.

Location, practical and conveniant with a car. Friendly staff.

Lots of plastic bottles and carton coffeemugs instead of proper reusable glass and crockery. What a waste and rubbish production. Not a modern approach! No real coffee, only nescafe. No starters at the restaurant available, only main courses. Great terrasse, though underused, not enough chairs, tables.

It was a wondurful trip, hotel, people, staff and the city...

Unfortunately was the breakfast very poor, we expected a rich buffet, instead we had only some ready small boxes and a boiled egg.
