    Pros +

    • Well curated garden. Nice location by the red pine woods, with a commanding view of the bay. Best breakfast! It is hard to find a boutique hotel of this caliber in a nature-loving, local setting.
    • This place is a hidden oasis! We only stopped over for one evening but wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and gardens. The staff was very attentive and accommodating (and we particularly enjoyed the resident dog!). We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both of which were delicious and filling! The decor of the hotel is also very interesting and memorable. Would definitely recommend and will look forward to staying again in the future!
    • The hotel looks beautiful and the rooms were very nice. We also really liked the Turkish breakfast.

    Cons -

    • We booked this place because of the great reviews. We had actually saved it years ago and we couldn't wait to finally stay there. However, from the first conversation with the staff, we felt very uncomfortable there. Everyone was extremely unfriendly (which was very surprising, not only because of the reviews but also because almost every Turkish person we've met has been so nice to us). Except for the person at the reception (who may have been the owner), nobody else even talked. It felt like they were forced to be there. On the day of the checkout, we went a bit early for breakfast to let them know that we needed to check out in the next few minutes (because there was nobody at the reception and there rarely was a person) since we had a boat tour in less than an hour and we were rushing. We thought they'll call somebody but we had to talk to them several times in order for someone to come to the reception. On top of all, even though the breakfast starts at 8:30, they served it a lot later and some of it was from the day before and wasn't edible. The time wouldn't be a problem if we weren't rushing but we went downstairs in advance to let them know we'll have to leave soon and yet they were not prepared. It was a disappointing stay overall because of the staff and management but the place is beautiful.
    • Nothing - just a wee tip that if you’d like to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant you need to let them know in advance. We weren’t aware of this so hadn’t pre booked dinner & ended up eating in the only restaurant in Karaoz (which is closed on Mondays).
    • The owner smokes at the reception. As long as that is acceptable for you, this hotel is beyond perfect

Fabulous stay, really enjoyed the warm staff vibes, incredible breakfast and gorgeous pool.

Gorgeous hotel designed & decorated to an exceptionally high standard. We had an extremely spacious room with a large comfortable bed. Great size bathroom with a powerful shower. There was a coffee machine in the room & plenty of free parking. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in our 3 weeks in Türkiye. It was plentiful & served rather than buffet style. There was a good mix of food & it was delicious.

We had an amazing experience at this location! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and adorable pets Pascal and Gece ❤️ Every member of the team made sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. The food at the location was delicious. The very varied and fresh breakfast gave us everything we needed to start the day energized. Dinner was equally good, with local dishes cooked with care and authentic taste. As for the location, it is simply perfect. Nestled in a dreamy natural setting, it provided us an ideal place to relax. The rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated and the overall atmosphere is one of tranquility and comfort. PS:. Thanks to the host for the recommendations on what we could visit in the area and for the boat ride (Emre turned out to be a very kind and friendly person, making our experience in Karaoz even better) ? We will highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Amazing breakfast and helpful staff and well maintained hotel.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is great and super helpful. The owner of the hotel is very attentive and lovely to chat with. The breakfast is the best i have ever had in a hotel, with fresh fruits and veggies from the garden, fresh baked pastries and more! Dinner was very good as well, and they do not overcharge you (like most of the hotels do). Rooms are very good with amazing view.

The owner smokes at the reception. As long as that is acceptable for you, this hotel is beyond perfect

Great hotel with fantastic views from the room. Very friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. Was a lovely place to head back to after a day of hiking. Breakfast was particularly good served in the garden.

    Nothing, everything was great.

A lovely place! Beautiful interior and exterior and very welcoming and friendly staff. While the accommodation is a bit off to the side, (you need a car, unless you take a taxi), that also means it's more quiet and secluded, but they also served dinner, so we could stay and relax. Our room was lovely and large. The gentleman who runs the hotel is very friendly and does what he can to accommodate you, and he has a good sense of humour. The accommodation is like a small resort and has a lovely atmosphere. If warm enough, you can take a swim in the pool. There's a lift which is great, so you don't have to carry your bags up the stairs. The resident dog and cat are very sweet. This accommodation was perfect for us as an in-between stop on our road trip.

You can order dinner, and while you are asked what you can and cannot eat, you didn't get to really choose, so I wasn't sure exactly what I was getting. There was a lot of food, so you definitely found something to eat, but I'm a fussy vegetarian who can only eat certain things, and I didn't want to cause a fuss. Otherwise, it was great trying a lot of traditional Turkish food. The bread is delicious.

We loved the experience! It's a "remote" boutique hotel near a super small beach and mountains. It was the perfect place to rest a little and have a different experience in the middle of the Nature. Breakfast was amazing and they have a great pool in the property.

Incredibly cozy hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfasts and dinners, always clean pool. We visited 3 nearby beaches, walked to the Gelidonya Lighthouse, an excellent place for those who like uncrowded places, hiking. If you prefer all-inclusive, this is not the place for you.

    We liked everything

Best hotel so far during my lykian journey. Nice rooms, quiet location and friendly staff. The food is exceptional. Breakfast and dinner portions were both delicious and huge — exactly what you need after a day of walking.

Very cozy room with excellent breakfast and dinner, a good pool and the location was very quiet and relaxing. Strongly recommended!

Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the staff (everyone was very nice) because of language barriers, but solvable. The wifi was slow just bear it in mind in case you need to work) and you need a car to be able to drive around and fully enjoy the place.

We stopped at this boutique hotel for a night. The place is eautifully designed in a location with gorgeous mountains and sea views. Our hosts were welcoming and we felt we were their special guests for a night. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Our room was confortable amd had amazing sea views. We had our breakfast in the garden and we just did not want to leave this peaceful place!

That we were only there for one night!

The hotel is in a quieter part of the Lycian Coast, which was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

A really beautiful & stylish hotel, with the most beautiful decor & great attention to detail. It has been so well designed, both inside & out. The gardens & pool area have been very well landscaped & it was very tranquil & peaceful everywhere. The owner & all the staff we met were so welcoming & friendly.Breakfast was also excellent, beautifully presented with a wonderful selection, very well cooked & extremely tasty. Highly recommended!
