Villa Labaron

Very good location. The area is very close to some of Ko Samui’s best landmarks and night markets. 7-11 is one minute walk away and multiple gyms 3-5 minutes drive away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested and arranged for us bike rental with which we had no issues. Pool was very nice to relax at and the beach in front of the villa was quiet and calm. The room was cleaned every day during our stay and was quiet. We would choose villa Labaron again.

I can see that it used to be a great place but now it needs to be updated and renewed. In need of a deep cleaning and replacement of certain amenities . The staff was nice when you could see them, since there isn’t a lobby it’s hard to find someone. But we had cold water added to the room everyday. There are kayaks and paddleboard available for free and location was great

No super clean and lots of rust, did not feel comfortable and I was staying alone for a week so spent most of my days outside of the villa. The sheets were coloured sheets but with bleach stains, the door was not easy to lock or unlock. My room was at the entrance do I could hear the street noise too well and the AC was not cold enough

The view from the property is brilliant with a nice pool looking onto a sandy beach which leads onto a lovely bay and island views.

I made the mistake of thinking the villa we were staying in had it's own pool, I got this impression from the photo. However the pool and area is shared with the other 7 villas and as we had the pool and sea view it made it not very private for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the hosts were so helpful! They helped us with our bags after we arrived a bit late because of our delayed flight. They also allowed us to use their phone to sort out some flight issues for going home. It made our time much more relaxing knowing we could rely on them. All the staff were lovely and the man who was cleaning taught my boyfriend how to cut open a coconut for the juice! The location was perfect, the pool and beach area were very quiet. The villa was lovely and spacious and we were even upgraded for free which was so nice!

They clean well, the kitchen is equipped with dishes.

There is a pier nearby, a bunch of boats, the smell of gasoline, the sea is murky, the owner's dog shits and pees on children's toys, towels, sun loungers, the owner, to please the long-sleeping neighbors, forbade our grandmother from coming from another hotel to play with the child at 9.30 in the morning near the pool, since the neighbors sleep until 10 in the morning and later.They try to please, but the dog, the smell of gasoline, and the ban on the grandmother visiting the nanny spoiled the whole vacation.

It felt like we had a beautiful resort to ourselves. There are about 6 rooms total. the pool is shared by all but was not busy. they didn’t have a restaurant or anything but lots of stuff walking distance. 2 of the rooms walk out to the pool and beach but easy to share.

lived the property koa samui was a little touristy for me. not many taxis and we had to walk along the road to get places.

The owners are lovely; the room is cleaned daily, cheap laundry services are provided, the pool is nice, and plenty of sea-related accessories like kyaks, sap, kids' wheels, etc are provided free; its located on a quiet part of the beach are, far from the noisy bars. There are a lot of great restaurants in a 200m radius.

Rooms are exceptionnal and the place really feels like you are in a luxurious villa

There is no front desk so it took 10/15 mins to get answer but the guy who answered me was helpful and a really chill guy

Beautiful spacious accommodation. A wonderful pool right on the beach. Privacy and peace.

The staff were very kind and came out to give us water melon and drinks whilst we were on the front. The room was lovely and we got a great deal. We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks which were free to use

Sea view and great staff. The owner was very nice. Took us out on his boat.

We really liked the villa. It was very clean and calm even though the main street was right next to it. It was provided with all the things you need for your stay. It's right next to the beach but the water itself wasn't so clear to encourage us to swimming. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. We were helped to rent the scooters and to book a taxi when leaving which we really appreciated. It was a perfect spot for daily trips to discover the island and come back with pleasure to your peaceful place. We recommend!

We liked everything about the property, it was in a stunning location, the property was of a high standard and very well maintained. Josef, Jay and the team were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our holiday special.

There was nothing we disliked, everything was perfect.

The staff and the owner is exceptional. They will help you in everything and their aim is to make you feel good.There are groceries and restaurants (even serving breakfast) in walking distance. It is close to the main road, but it will not disturb you during the night. Amazing staff, lovely place. The beach is not crowded at all which is a big plus.

You can find beaches on the island with brighter water.

This hotel is provided great facilities swimming pool was clean the beach is clean and nice and quiet the sea is clam plenty of sun lounges they even offered drinks and fresh fruit every day we have a good time

Our stay was amazing. Essentially, the property has a private beach with an infinity pool looking over. The staff provide free fruit and drinks around the pool daily. They provide free paddle boards, kayaks and the owner even kindly offered jet ski rides, all for free. Our stay at Villa Labaron has been our favourite stay during our travels around Thailand. The rooms are spacious and cannot fault them at all. Adapters are also provided which demonstrates the small albeit fundamental touches that make one’s stay hassle free. Highly recommend.

Property was perfect!

The best stay of our lives! Great location (not super touristy but still plenty of offers for food, massage, boat piers, etc), cosy and clean room, lovely pool with beach view, free soft drinks and watermelon offered during the day. We loved every bit of the villa and the manager is also lovely, always seeking to improve further.

There was not even a small thing we didn’t like <3
