Samui Zenity Hotel

Really nice owners and a good place to take some time off in Samui. You need a bike or taxi to go to the town.

Toilet, lighting living room too dark

The water slide in the pool was great attraction. Also the shuttle was convenient since the place is a bit far from main street. The owners are special and helpful. Overall, a nice communal feeling that is very unique

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. We loved the room and the pool with the slide was great for the kids. Location a bit offsite but wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car to get around. We will definitely come again.

It’s a lovely hotel managed by French family who were helpful and provided great recommendations. We haven’t used the hotel much as we were out all the time. Some great views from the terrace and gym was rather fascinating:) thanks to staff of this property

Nothing much but feels like whole building may need renovation soon, that time might be approaching.

I did not take advantage of the breakfast as I ate at local eateries.

Shower could have had a barrier to stop water from going into the area of the toilet. Wet six after walking in after hours of shower. Owners agreed and will take measures to mitigate.

No noise , super fast internet perfect for working, pool was nice and clean .big room lot of space.

European Staff took their time to do basic things, Thai staff were super nice and friendly.The place could use some renovation.

The staff was amazing. They were attentive knowledgeable and always willing to help.

The facilities were wonderful and if you need anything it is easy to find

A tad far down a dark soi. Difficult to locate in the dark. Too far from any shops not to provide free water. Office closes @ 7

The rooms are large and modern. The pool and slide are nice. The common area has a fully stocked kitchen for guests to use. They have a water bottle refill station for free. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location and is very quiet.

Lovely large room by swimming pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pick up from ferry despite boat arriving late. Communal eating area and facilities to cook own meals. Refillable water so decreasing need for plastic bottles.

Distance from town requiring taxi service (provided by hotel at certain times of day), or taxi/car/scooter.

The vibe of the hotel is very friendly and peaceful. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is located only a 10 min walking from the Main Street, so is very relaxing, not a minimum noise. The pool and the slide a great for the kids (and parents also). And the friendly ambience is great, you have the opportunity to meet very cool people and share impressions of the trip with them. We recommende it for sure !

The perfect spot and you can spend some wonderful days at Samui zenity! The team was lovely- everything was clean - the pool is just perfect for the kids, breakfast was delicious and we will come back for sure!

Chill vibe away from the craziness of the beach road and just around the corner from the dg course, about a 15 minute walk, pool, kitchen and scooter rental all a plus

I myself would have enjoyed a wider variaty of breakfast options.A nice quiet private pool and kitchen area, only downside on the location is that it is a little remote so u do need to get a moped / car to get around. All in all it was a really nice place would and I would definately recommend it.

Spacious room, nice pool and food for dinner was great.

The AC was not working properly it kept shutting down in the middle of the night. On our last night we had a giant spider right next to our bed and when we chased it under a dresser we found two others that were dead. I told the owner the morning after and she just said “there are spiders in Thailand”. The rooms are not properly insulated and bugs can come in from the bathroom easily.

It was clean and the rooms were huge! There was a separate area for the bedroom and a kitchen/couch. It rained while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. We did get breakfast and that was good. The bed was a bit hard but fine.

It was very far from things so you definitely need a scooter.

Great staff, super friendly. The place is cozy and feels like home.The shared kitchen where you can cook for yourself or order meals is fabulous.

WiFi could be more stable

Alex was super helpful and constantly working hard to keep the property clean and everyone happy! Amazing value for money! kids spent hoooours entertaining themselves with the kids pool slide!
