Baan Bophut Beach Hotel

Spacious, beautiful home right on the beach and within Fishermen's Village. Very quiet. Excellent staff. It was a perfect stay.

We had the penthouse, which was spacious, very light and had a nice view. Location away from the main bit was 2 mins walk away!

Breakfast was very limited and noisy aircon from underneath penthouse room

I have stayed at the hotel before and I absolutely loved it. It is a little gem of beautiful rooms, the staff are amazing and I will be back in January when they open up again. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Nothing, it was perfect

Friendly helpful staff, clean room, spacious, good air conditioning

No fault of the property but I didn’t realise how much noise there would be from surrounding bars at night. A good base if you are going to enjoy the nightlife but possibly go for a quieter neighbourhood for an early night. Very friendly and clean so would be great for the right person!

Located on the beach, and close to lively Fisherman’s village. Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Pool and family run restaurant.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants etc. It has its own pool and small beach area and as it is a small hotel, you do not feel overcrowded. The restaurant served great food and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff were all helpful and friendly and organised taxis and trips for us.

I wish there had been sun loungers by the pool rather than just at the beach, but there isn't really space anyway.

Location, Location, Location

Looking forward to seeing and staying at Baan Bophut after its refurbishment. A the hotel room is outdated and needs to get its facilities upgrading. The decision by management to close the hotel from 01 May 2024 until Dec 2024 is a fantastic decision. I look forward to seeing the transformation …..

Right on the beach and walkable to everything in fisherman's village.

Beach chairs need to be updated or replaced.

A lovely modern hotel close to the hustle and bustle of Fisherman’s Village. Access to beach and a lovely pool.

Location and staff. The bed was very comfortable, the pool warm and welcoming and the staff extremely friendly.

The room was of good size but it could have been decorated nicer. It was ok but not cozy. The beach itself looks very nice but the see in front of the hotel is not swimmable. The water is dirty and the sand full with rocks and not really enjoyable. But sitting on the deck and enjoying the pool was a perfect alternative.

Lovely hotel - we have the executive double beachfront room and it was large, spacious with lots of storage. Hotel was ideally placed just at the end of the Fisherman’s Village and all staff were so lovely. We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast in the hotel (they kindly put together a breakfast box gor us). A shame we couldn’t stay longer as it was a great place to stay - the market is brilliant with lots of stalls selling goods and delicious street food.

Location is amazing - walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and the fisherman village night market. Direct access to the beach is also very convenient. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

A pefect little gem near the Fisherman´s village. Extremely helpful staff, direct access to the beach, tasty served breakfast- several options to choose from. Definitely coming back when travelling to Samui again. Thank you.

The supplied breakfast was fairly ordinary, so I went to the green organic cafe across the road....

Beach location good, small swimming buy handy to cool off.

Breakfast was disappointing, we had to tick what we wanted. This included one coffee and one fruit juice, if we wanted another we had to.pay. we had breakfast here once, then went out for breakfast. A note on Fisherman's Village, its not very Thai, we only found one 100% Thai restaurant. If you burgers, pizza, pasta etc you'll be okay. Plus, after having time in Bangkok and Chewang beach, the village is very expensive. Thai favourite chicken pad Thai 120 baht in Bangkok and Chewang, 350 there. Plus its one long street, outside that it's a rather ugly very busy city.

Very close to bars and restaurants but just far enough along the road to be peaceful and relaxing

More sockets near the bed would be great. Otherwise, nothing bad to say

Good location from market and was quite coctail bar across road was great the only thing for me was the sea as its in a bay the water wasn't clear at all pool small but nice all in all value for money
