Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. Also beautiful location with a nice pool. The hotel is not too close to the main party street but still nice small restaurants and shops are within walking distance

My room faced the street and was unfortunately very loud. I could hear street noise, noise of the air conditioner and neighbours coming and going in the middle of the night. I couldn't sleep for two nights.

Rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. Extremely good value price for what you get. Most rooms have balcony with ashtray. Rooms have safe deposit box. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Near 7 11 Across the road from muay Thai classes. And laundry.Great value and very pleased with hotel.

The room is very spacious and clean and the wifi works great.

The location is not that great, there's not much to do or eat nearby. The air conditioning unit needs a deep cleaning.

The room and the bathroom were pretty spacious.It was next to the Main Street and very close to restaurants and stores.

There were ants in the bathroom.

Close to Ferry terminal, scooter hire was available.

Owners weren’t very helpful and not attentive, the walls were quite thin and you can hear the neighbours and the roosters in the morning, the toilet was a bit smelly.

The room was large, it had a full fridge freezer and television. The staff I met were lovely. Hood aircon and hot water in the bathroom. There is a 7Eleven nearby and the beach is a short walk away. For a one night stay it can’t be faulted as the price for the stay was excellent.

Rather tired with gaps in the wood of the windows but it doesn’t really detract from the comfort.

Pleasant brief stay in Koh Samui. Short distance from Lomprayah ferry. Airton worked well. Beds comfy.

No immediately available bars or restaurants..but these were reached after 10 minute walk .

we stayed here for 1 night before catching a ferry at the pier. The room was lovely and clean; a good size and very comfortable. We liked that the room had a separation between the bedroom, the kitchenette (with a kettle) and the bathroom. Also it had a lovely spacious balcony to relax and read.

If we were not catching a ferry, the location is quite far from any of the main attractions in Samui. But there is a still a 7Eleven close by as well as a small foodmarket.

very very uncomfortable bed. springs digging into us and one side was slanted down a lot more than the other from being slept in so much.

Super handy spot, staff were helpful and pleasant, and the room was much bigger and better appointed than expected. It was squeaky clean!! Despite it being on a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet.

It was located on the main road through Mae Nam - the traffic kinda detracted from the beach holiday vibe. That said it was NOT noisy and it was easy to get affordable meals and everything I needed.

Tiny thing My fridge had a loud clunk every 5 mins. Just unplugged it at bedtime ? ? ?

the air conditioner was so dirty and full of dust that was blown around the room. Rest of the room was clean though.

The best shower we‘ve had in Thailand yet. Clean and comfortable, very nice owners.

At first glance the rooms are quite ok, but when looking into a bit deeper, not so clean after all, especially the bathroom and kitchen that have many spiderwebs. For the rest we got the older rooms, hard spring matrress, old tube tv, etc... I guess you get for wat you pay in high season in Samui..

One evening, around 18 PM I wanted to ask some questions about the neighbourhood (ATM, Shops, Restaurants, etc.. ), but no one in the reception.

Such a kind and amazing family running this hotel. The best customer service you could ask for. Great location about 5 min walk from the beach. Close to 711. A balcony and kitchen.

Staff were great very helpful and friendly and can arrange reasonable transfers if you need. Also helped me book a ferry ticket last minute. So good! I will definitely return.
