La Perle Resort Koh Samui

The location is tucked away on a quiet road. You get the feeling like you’re on a private resort with an excellent staff who makes you feel at home. They were attentive, helpful, and kind. The overall accommodation was splendid and we’d absolutely stay again.

Not clean, not maintained, very bad staff, access flooded

Ants unfortunately everywhere. I know it’s a tropical island and it’s inevitable but to wake up with ants crawling around in the bed and 20 plus bites then they have a problem. However moved straight away to another room and given a free breakfast to compensate.

The private pool and villa was lovely! The location is fantastic as well!

Unfortunately while I was there the area was having power troubles and therefore there was no ac on my first night which sadly made it very hard to sleep. This is not the hotels fault though!

Beautiful hotel. Room was stunning and the pool was right on the beach. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. On site restaurant that is open until mid-afternoon. Three other cafes & restaurants that are next door to the hotel with lovely food (although more on the pricey side for Thailand). There is also a fitness retreat next door which has a gym with a gorgeous view that you can pay to use. This fitness retreat has a healthy food cafe with protein shakes and smoothie bowls!

A 10 minute walk away from shops and cafes. Good location if you want to relax at the hotel most days, otherwise you’ll have to hire a moped/get taxis to the busier location.

Protracted issue with the shower (not hot water).

Friendly staff, lovely beach on your doorstep, comfy beds.

The location was amazing. We had one of the beachfront villas and the view each morning was mesmerising.

Only small things, like the water pressure wasn't great and we ran out of hot water a couple of times. Minor, compared to the stay as a whole.

Excellent location, right on Ban Tai Beach. I was in a garden villa with the pool and it was lovely.

A bit more privacy for the pool, it just needs a few more plants or a little bamboo fence or something as if I had my curtains open the whole room was visible from the internal pathway.

We had a magnificent stay, our room was beach front with little pool. Beach is beautiful, staff were great, quiet location easy walk to local restaurants, food a resort is very nice, just loved it and wish we stayed longer. Thanks Luna for organising electric bikes, Luna will help with any requests.

Beautiful hotel, stunning views, staff friendly and can’t do enough for you especially tant on reception. Great stay and would definetley return.

Even a bit far from nearest grocery stores and restaurants but it was worth staying there

We booked a bungalow unit facing sea, kinda set back since our private pool was not so private As we can see or others can see us having our own time

Wonderful resort with its private area on a beautiful white sandy beach and lovely warm sea to relax in. Lovely clean and spacious rooms so close to the beach, I would 100% go back to this tranquil haven in Samui. The staff are just lovely too, particularly Luna ?

Private pool, beach, quiet location, kids especially like the hotel’s sand castle building forms (buckets, spades etc) and Piu - a staff member who was always helpful, friendly and permanently smiling

Receptionist Tang seemed most concerned with selling tours, the moment she learned we have no interest her level of interest and customer service declined

Great staff, helpful. Beach was really nice, sunbeds and pillows available, also in shade. Comfy bed and nice room in general.

Room was lovely. difficult to get in and out of private pool.

Hard to understand why simple black coffee could not be provided in the rooms.no reception on tv

Tang was so helpful, and her husband provided me with taxi services when the weather was bad and for airport transport. Restaurant had great food. Beach was beautiful
