The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, the view is amazing and the pool area is absolutely lovely. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay very pleasant.

The location was really good for the views, only about 15 mins in a grab to Chaweng-Choeng beach! Food was very nice! The pool and facilities were decent enough and the staff were lovely!However in the negative side, the aircon was not very good at all! The beds were very firm and my partner was having to use the spare quilt to lie on! The TV didn’t work at all and the WiFi was pretty much non existent!

Really lovely accomodation! The view was the main selling point for us, the staff were so lovely and incredibly helpful. The only thing I would say is the hotel is very out dated like it’s stuck in the late 80s/90s but tbh we loved having the pool mostly to ourselves and it didn’t feel like it was to busy.

I ordered 2 evening meals on separate occasions, both times the food was cold.On our last nights stay there was a massive Cockroach in our bed, the staff don’t care they’re obviously getting paid peanuts. The whole hotel needs a complete refurbishment the showers are useless, I could go on but I can’t be bothered totally spoilt what was supposed to be a romantic getaway .??

I liked that the minute I mentioned my bed was too firm the staff came ASAP and put a mattress topper on for me. The staff were very nice and organised a laundry service for us. I liked the fully cooked breakfast that was included in the price each day, overlooking the ocean and the fact they supplied two free bottles of water and tea/coffee etc supplies each day. The location was great, though you would need a car or motorbike to access as it is at the top of a very steep hill. We enjoyed the pool area, plenty of lounge chairs to relax on. They had a restaurant on board operating from 12pm - 10pm every day. We found it great value for money.

We were disappointed to see the spa services weren't fully operational, though you could book for a massage. The pool area didn't have the swim up bar operational while we were there in March, there seemed to be a shortage of staff. There wasn't enough tea/coffee supplied each day. One teabag each per day is not enough so I recommend carrying some extra supplies. The 7-Eleven was not far away and accessible by car or motorbike as Walking would not be practical along the highway connecting to the shops.

The view is stunning. The pool which is close to restaurant! And the staff is really friendly, especially Mate, he is everywhere and was helpful every single day. Location is in the middle of both Lamai beach and Samui central.

air conditioners noise inside the room. If you are elderly the path from the main road is somewhat 45 degrees and hard to walk.

All good The bed ,location.IF Your concern is always that the images provided are not what you will get. Not with this property. It looks the same. Traditional style hotel, if you like that sort of thing. Food was good.

We booked a room without a view. Had to change room 3 times and pay an upgrade fee of 1000bhat. First room they gave us had a balcony but it smelled like it was over a sewage pipeThey offered to move us to another room, but this "balcony" was completely bricked over and had zero light. The third room smelled so strongly of mould and was covered in mosquitoesThe fourth room required an upgrade, but was quite nice with an amazing view of the bayI suspect the hotel was quite nice 50 years ago, but it's extremely dated now and not worth the money

Absolutely spectacular hotel.The staff was very helpful and cordial.A great view over the bay .Loved the private pool. Breakfast set up was wonderful. Great variety, fresh food. Definitely recommend for a couple vacation.

All good The bed ,location.Spacious suite, breakfast spread was nice. my room is so warm and cozy. the staff are very nice, and when i requested for a little late checkout on a very late notice I was approved. thank you!

Bit too far away from anything to do. Also nothing to do in the hotel. Traditional style hotel, if you like that sort of thing. Food was good in the restaurant.

Overpriced

Loved the location & the warmth of the staff makes you feel at home.Breakfast set up was wonderful. Great variety, fresh food. Definitely recommend for a couple vacation.

Was bite number of amounts of time in the room the room was not worth the money staff was not helpfull wen i asked to move rooms qnd the room i was in was lile a dungon the place was not that great will not return there was empty condom wrappers in the room aswell and the beds have bed bud persoally would lile my money back

Best view ever. It had everything you could ask for.Lovely staff, great swimming pool.Excellent location, great views.superbly decorated and very peaceful. The room is huge and clean, very well equipped and the staff is very friendly and ready to help politely beyond exceptional and radiant.Pool view beyond my expectation.
