It does not feel like you are living in a tent. It is indeed glamping. It is a magical place with the nature close to you.

It is not actually the property’s fault, but there was a storm in the last night I stayed there and it really didn’t feel nice.

We felt like we were in a Shabby Sheen African safari luxury hotel! The details, the design were perfection. It was a surprise but after we went to bed each night these cute little toads or frogs came in and not that we even had any but they stayed on guard protecting us from bugs. Loves it!

Pillows were too firm.

Great place! Staff friendly and helpful, Was perfect for a few days with own pool, very private! Beach was close and beauitful! Food at the resturant tasty! Close to some great coffee shops and if you don't mind a walk, good restaurant down the road!

Overall the property is nice. It needs some maintenance

The location: it is close to the beach but not on the beach. You have little options for restaurants.The staff was a bit rude at departure time. I’ve resquested for an extra hour for check out which was rejected due to arrival of guests (although it was evident that the place was very quiet). At 12.00 they cut the cascade at the swimming pool (when I’ve requested something similar during my stay they’ve informed it was not possible). At 12.03 !! they’ve sent a message indicating it was time to check out! I was already at the reception. Not a nice way to treat the guests…

Villa was great.

Second bed was a sofa bed, not very comfortable. Breakfast/dinner options are very expensive compared to other options close by.

Great private pool in our Villa. The main staff lady at the front desk was very helpful. Clean. Close to the beach.

Wifi was spotty and the stairs in the Villa wobbled. Very loud music playing until 1 am on Friday night, unsure if that's normal but the hotel did provide earplugs. It was otherwise fairly quiet. Restaurant was not good and extremely overpriced. Pool needs refinishing as almost all the surfaces were very rough and hurt to touch. Hotel felt very safe, but the main street felt very dangerous to walk on (cars/scooters/live wires/ditches) and we nearly had our stuff stolen on the beach. Not the hotels fault, so not docking them for it, but just noting that the overall area wasn't as friendly as we had hoped.

Private pool villa was the highlight of our entire Samui trip, it was such a paradise. The property is right off Maenam beach (literally a one minute walk) and the beach is serene, beautiful, and swimmable at all times because the area doesn’t get affected with giant waves or anything like that so that was fantastic!

Tented villa has a little bit of a mosquito problem if you’re allergic as it is technically outdoors but they take great measures to help keep mosquitos out

The pictures and 4 star Booking.com rating do not align with reality. Despite claiming to be 4-star "glamping" destination, the interior of the tent was moldy, dirty and had large gaps, allowing anything from the outside including mosquitoes to enter. The location of our tent was directly adjacent to the pool area and bar, with little to no privacy given the netted tent walls. The room description did show an outside shower and toilet - however, in our case, there was another building directly next to the outdoor toilet area which is unacceptable.Upon seeing these conditions, we left the property within an hour and asked for a refund, given this is not what had been advertised. The staff at the front desk were very kind and said that we just needed to submit the request through Booking.com. Later on however, the request was rejected by the property management. We were then left with having to pay for two places at once. Booking.com was also subsequently unable to give us a refund.

Private swimming pool, beautiful room, great location

The electricity went out 2 or 3 times throughout the night

We had the butterfly room it was absolutely amazing , the plants, the pool, the lightsEverything was super special, the staff are super helpfull and made our room feel like home every day, great eye for detail ?The beach right behind the hotel is unbelievable and remains fairly empty till mid day We loved the location specially with a motor

Nothing honestly

We had a pool villa and it was absolutely amazing! The room is stunning and very very close to the beach (2 min walk)At the beach there is a nice little bar with very cheap drinks and some food & massage!Also its probably one of the quieter and cleaner beaches on the island, so I would definitely come againA 7/11 is also in walking distance (3 mins)

The staff, the comfort of the rooms, the possibility of having a shower in my own privacy but into the nature on the outside.

The discount of 15% on meals and drinks was never applied The breakfast hours are wrong on booking is from 8-11 instead of 7-10

We had one of the villas with a private pool and it was honestly worth it! So good having such a private space with a pool to ourselves- we took advantage of it and got a floating breakfast (which was unreal! As an Aussie that loves breaky, this one is a must).The hotel is just out of the busy areas but close enough to get a short taxi to all the best restaurants. The staff were so lovely, checking us in early and flipping the room so quickly.Loved this place!

Has a swim up bar but it’s not in use? Also the prices of drinks in the main restaurant/ bar were so expensive compared to everywhere else we stayed and even in other restaurants.Other than the tiny nit picking- everything was amazing

We rented a pool villa, one with its own private plunge pool and sitting area. The room itself was very nice, large and comfortable. While the pool and sitting area were a perfect place to unwind, cool off and enjoy the cool evenings. Meals at the restaurant were good and of fair value. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach (~200 ft walk) and easy access to on beach dining, drinks and snacks. Low key beach with good swimming and great views!

Nightly music from 6pm-10pm. Our villa was directly behind the performance wall and the sound was intrusive.

Fabulous stay, the staff, proximity and room were absolutely on point! Thank you so much x
