I thought the price paid was high relative to what we got and in comparison to other hotels, in the area, with similar amenities.

It’s an amazing place – we loved everything about our stay! The beach is beautiful and always clean, with plenty of sunbeds available at any time. The pool is also very nice and relaxing.The staff are truly exceptional – incredibly hardworking, friendly, and polite. Breakfast was very well organized and enjoyable each morning. While the dinners at the hotel weren't our favorite, it really wasn’t an issue – there are plenty of fantastic local spots nearby, like PhenSiri, where you can enjoy delicious Thai food.A special thank you to Chika, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We’re very grateful!

Ocean front property and the beach made a lovely stay

It wasn’t up to a 5 star standard, staff were doing absolutely their best however still in many ways not enough trained , food especially for dinner was disappointing

We had the most amazing stay at Vana Belle. Every single employee we met was friendly, smiling, utmost helpful and making sure we had everything we needed. We were surprised with balloons, a cake and prosecco as we spent our honeymoon there. Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, had its own private pool and very nice amenities. The pool and beach area were clean, the water and beach lovely, perfect to relax. The breakfast was outstanding: a menu with hot dishes (savoury and sweet) and a buffet that offered everything one could imagine. We also had dinner at the hotel: once for their "fish market" which is fresh fish and seafood barbecue - amazing!, and once for Christmas Eve which was a dinner at the beach with amazing food (the variety was incredible) in a very romantic atmosphere.Thank you to everyone at Vana Belle for making our stay so memorable. If I could give 20 points instead of 10, I would.

Nice spacious Room, comfortable bed, great view, excellent service, beautiful green spaces, gardens well kept, nice gym and spa. Thai restaurant and pool bar by beach was great. Western restaurant higher up, had everything. Excellent breakfast.

Walking up and down hill. There was golf cart available to drive you. Whole lobby area was beautiful, but mostly empty and waste of space. Nice sitting area with view, but barely used. Make a bar there?

Lovely beautiful property, the only thing is you have to call for a golf cart to take you everywhere within the resort but otherwise fantastic!

The staff was very kind and responded to every request, We liked the little surprises they left for us every evening.The rooms are very clean and also every area of ​​the hotel. The food in the restaurants was great and the breakfast was delicious and varied. I want to praise the reception manager of the hotel Porch, that helped us a lot on a rainy day :)

This hotel is a little paradise in Samui island. The location with access to beach is amazing. All staff are super friendly and make you so welcome. They all went above and beyond from the moment we walked in to the day we left, especially Max at the beach bar. We booked a massage and enjoyed many meals at the hotel and they were all excellent.

Nothing to mention- if you want to experience little heaven in Koh Samui this is the place to go.

loved the private tropical villa with its own pool and the amazing view. The breakfast menu was great, offering quality food in a lovely setting. The staff were incredibly polite and kind, and the private beach was wonderful for a relaxing day by the sea.

The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, making it difficult to enjoy at night. This was a small letdown for an otherwise excellent experience.

The hotel is fancy, beautiful, and comfortable. So convenient because have almost a private beach, and it is close to downtown of Kohl’s Sami, we loved! Peace and city together.

From our bed, we could look out across the infinity pool to a stunning, uninterrupted view of the sea. The tranquility and positive energy from this view were indescribable—it was pure paradise.Vana Belle offers luxury at an unparalleled level, and the hospitality was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our butler, Frang, provided service that was nothing short of exceptional, attending to our needs around the clock. Every request, however specific, was met with ease and enthusiasm. Frang and the entire staff were solely focused on ensuring we had the smoothest, most enjoyable stay possible. Frang’s courtesy, attentiveness, and natural hospitality made our experience feel truly special.For vegetarians, Vana Belle is an absolute delight. We were spoiled for choice, with a range of dishes that made each meal memorable. Breakfasts were a particular highlight, featuring freshly prepared puris, parathas, and flavorful vegetables (like aaloo and daal) that made us feel as though we were back home. The avocado toast, Greek salad, and vegetable fried rice were some of the best vegetarian dishes we've ever had, even surpassing our experiences in the UK. One morning, the staff surprised us with an eggless cake that left us all speechless—it was a unique and delightful touch.Dinner portions were generous, and the quality of the vegetarian Thai cuisine was superb. We found ourselves returning to favorite dishes night after night. The level of care and attention that went into preparing our meals, particularly for a vegetarian diet, was truly Michelin-star quality.The courtesy of the staff was evident in every interaction. Vana Belle is truly in a league of its own—an experience that exceeded every expectation. We cannot recommend it highly enough for those seeking a luxurious and unforgettable retreat.

Vana Belle was fantastic and is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! - The resort is beautiful, it feels like a jungle. There are so many thoughtful details put in everywhere you look - The breakfast was fantastic, everything you could want - The beach was gorgeous, super nice sand, great swimming water, and always had chairs available. The pool was also nice - The best thing is the service and workers. We stayed for 5 nights, and everyone knew us there. They went above and beyond to book tours for us, help with car rentals, find restaurants, etc. It felt like a little family, and it was such a nice experience - Rooms are beautiful with the plunge pool (although we didn't use it much) and the turn down snack/service- location is close to Chaweng beach and pretty central, they have a hotel taxi that can take you places (similar price to a grab)

- I wish they offered some snacks for free, the restaurant is fairly pricey when you just want something to eat quickly

I was there with my girlfriend and we both can truly say that this was the best Hotel/Resort that we have ever been to! Everything was exceptionally good! The service was absolutely perfect. Especially the service from Frang. He was always there for us when we needed him and apart from that he gifted us every now and then some cute, little things…like coconuts to our room etc. Please don’t think twice to visit their restaurant/pool bar, it’s definitely worth it. The food was delicious and even cheaper than most of the places in Chaweng. Zidan will be there for you if you need anything. Sometimes he is even there BEFORE you know, you need something. And about the resort itself: Beautiful is not accurate anymore, it’s more than that. We had the grand suite, oceanfront view room and it even looked better than on the pictures. And about the beach, I can quote my girlfriend who is a „Beach expert“: „This is the best beach I’ve been to“.To sum up everything: It was perfect and a real luxury experience. 10/10 ☺️

Breakfast was excellent, it is such a wonderful place to have a good rest and relaxation. The resort has a beautiful private beach. The spa message was one of the best I experienced.
