    Pros +

    • Gorgeous balanese vibe. Calming, gorgeous rooms. Wonderful staff. Amazing food and cocktails. Croissants tasted like they were fresh from Paris.Amazing pool with the best bean bag floaties to lay on in the water.
    • The pool was amazing, pool floaties were so relaxing, the whole place has a nice balanese vibe to it.Riva restaurant food was amazing. Pizza’s so good, the croissants in the morning are like they are fresh from Paris. Staff so friendly and helpful.Rooms divine! Cant recomment this Fisherman’s Village hotel enough.I will be staying again for sure.
    • Staff was super friendly and lovely. Breakfasts are a la carte and tastes good.Scooter rental guy is a highlight of this place.

    Cons -

    • First dissapointment was lack of the beach access, that I overlooked while booking. Huts where you stay are sweet, however the design is terrible you cannot stop AC from getting to your head! also room is poorly designed and you have no space nor willingness to chill there at all.
    • The showers are a bit finnicky with how you use them to get hot water, which is explained to you by staff when checking in, but still a bit annoying until you get it down right. Bed was a bit hard for my taste and room was a bit small due to the bed being in the center of the room.
    • The shower’s pressure could use some work. The inside door wouldn’t lock (they use traditional keys which I appreciate) even after trying for at least 10 mins every time we wanted to go out. We called the hotel and was told it will be taken care of. It wasn’t. Not a big deal for us we just locked the outside door. There is a big window in the shower with no curtain for privacy.

Excellent location, right by fisherman's market (walking distance). The entire hotel is very new and beautifully designed. Plenty of room by the pool and kind and helpful staff. Very romantic

Nice location. At the edge of the fisherman village which is a great access for the whole area. We enjoyed our stay in this property. The deluxe bungalow was clean and comfy and spacious and the patio was awesome to hang out. The staff were amazing and friendly.

Beautiful grounds, swimming pool, reception, restaurant area and the rooms are stunning. The staff were super friendly and really attentive…as soon as we asked for something, it was dealt with really professionally. We were traveling with a baby and the staff just fell in love with him and gave him special treatment.

The only thing I would recommend, is black out curtains. There are eye masks provided, but even with these, it’s hard to keep the light out, especially for the baby. We took 4 rooms and one of them was missing a dividing door in the bathroom, but I’m sure that will be fixed soon and it did not stop us having a great time! The hot water can be a little inconsistent as it goes hot and cold during the shower, but maybe this is because we came off season

beautiful propertly, on fishermans village, 1 year old. best location if chosing this area to stay in.cottages are just perfect for a stat in KS involving some downtime at a hotel and going around during the day.excellent tasteful decor and architecture.great for couples. nice little restaurant and bar at the front and a relaxation pool.a lot of things to do walking distance from the property - great restaurants, bars, massage places, atms.staff is high quality, personable, knowledgable, and offer great human service.

    Cupboard facilities for longer stays.

The room was really nice, the pool was in a good temperature even for a not so hot afternoon. Sara from the reception is very nice. The breakfast was very good, a bit pricey (450 baht per person) but we saw that other cafes would cost us just a little less. The location is great. The entire place was decorated beautifully

Light goes into the room in the morning (the curtains aren’t fully blocking sunlight). They do provide sleep masks but we prefer not needing them in the first place. It’s not that big of a deal though.

    7ZivPosted on: 8-21-2025

Stylish, modern, and great breakfast (amazing croissants), quiet yet central.

Unfortunately, the drapes are almost transparent, so by 6am the room is full of daylight. The hotel even provides eye masks, but in a 5-star property proper blackout curtains should be standard. Great hotel otherwise, but for us this was a dealbreaker.

Beautiful new property, tasteful and modern. Relaxed vibe, mainly over 30s. It’s giving I had a fun time in Ibiza in the 90s and now want to chill by a great pool, have excellent drinks and listen to some nice music.French-owned so food is excellent. Breakfast is a far cry from the Thai classic fried egg on white bread, and is beautifully prepared with lots of options for a 4-5 day stay.Location is great just on the edge of walking street, peaceful ambiance but close enough to the throngs, if you want to remind yourself why you spent more booking somewhere nice. And it seems like they are not so busy for dinner which is surprising because the food is great. My suggestion is to reset around the pool in the evening for dinner, that would be the vibe.

My only criticism is that there are too many kids. The vibe is definitely giving off chilled adults-only so was surprised to see so many kids in the pool. Definitely doesn’t go with the chilled French house music playing through the afternoon, with a perfect G&T. Think if you’re a couple and don’t want to be with families this might be the deal breaker unfortunately. If you don’t mind, then absolutely book it as the place is really nice. Genuinely that’s the only let down, but as a professional couple with no kids, I know we are the outliers.

The hotel is beautiful – stylish, welcoming, and very clean. We especially loved the lush greenery and relaxing atmosphere – gave off a nice Tulum, Mexico vibe (in a good way).•The room(cottages), though small, was nicely designed, cozy, and pleasant overall.•The air conditioner is fantastic – chills the room quickly.•Great location: close to Fisherman’s Village, the airport, restaurants, and convenience stores.•The local staff is sweet, kind, and friendly – they just need better training and guidance. With the right management, they could be an excellent team.•Check-in was fast and friendly.Pool was very chill and nice•We believe the hotel has great potential. It’s fairly new, and we hope it improves over time.

What makes hotel a 5 stars hotel if not the small details, high service, Perfectionism etc? Im gonna be detailed here bcs as business owner I would like to know everything I can to improve my place. I Found yellow stains on the pillow cover – not a great first impression.•Managers (French guys) stood smoking chain cigarettes right next to the breakfast bar, literally five meters away from where kids were eating breakfast – totally inappropriate.•Noise and light disturbances in the room: the TV light and fridge noise were annoying (we had to unplug both).•Curtains don’t block out light well – don’t expect to sleep in after sunrise.•Breakfast was poorly designed and inconsiderate of allergies. We asked for gluten-free bread (a basic expectation at this price range and 5 stars) – there was none. No gluten-free cake, no pancakes. In most hotels of this level, the chef always comes out, asks questions, and tries to treat the kid.•Only regular milk and almond milk were available – no soy or oat options. For this price range, it’s not hard to have these stocked in the fridge.•The breakfast is not buffet, you have 2 options and if you stay few days, you gonna eat exactly the same. It feels like an attempt at minimalist French cuisine, but when minimalism isn’t executed perfectly, it comes across as stingy and careless. (Must say, they did have a great vegan option) •No proper beach access within walking distance – worth noting if that’s what you’re looking for.•Not value for money – priced like a 5-star, but behaves like a 3 star hotel.

We took 2 nights to relax and to be close to Fishermans Village. Amazing style in every detail, any facility. Very hard working staff. Breakfast tasty. Pool area comfortable.

    Nothing to mention

Beautiful hotel! An immense congrats to the interior designer! « Chapeau Madame, c est un sans faute ! »Amazing staff !! Very kind and helpful.Everything is set up to make you feel good! The owners are very kind and made us feel welcome, too.

    It’s a 10, it’s a beautiful boutique hotel.

Staff is amazing, private pool was amazing, the room is really great and could easily let four people to enjoy it.

Unfortunately we spend the night at hospital instead of at the hotel, as my wife got sick

Great rooms beautiful atmosphere location is great, only 5 minutes from the night market.

No hot water in the rooms in the morning, i told the staff which he fixed but the next morning was the same

    10eyalPosted on: 5-3-2025

We had a great stay! The room was beautifully designed, very clean, and smelled fresh. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the sense of privacy. Each room has its own private balcony, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak and the water wasn’t very hot. Other than that, the place was perfect.
