Paradise Island Estate

Ong and her staff made this trip unforgettable. They were attentive, polite, and catered to our every need no matter how big or how small. They made sure every tiny detail about the estate was perfect, clean, and beautiful. A true storybook experience.

Great facilities, very kind and welcoming staff. They can make a very good breakfast though it’s pricey for a family of 5 (500 THB per person). All doors have safety locks to prevent kids from reaching the pool or exit the villa.

Staff at the villa where exceptional. Very friendly and always keen to assist. They checked in with us regularly and brought us fruit platters and chocolates. The pool was amazing to have with kids, and the cool breeze on the hill where the villa was situated was amazing, really comfortable.

Excellent resort with all services available in your own privacy, exceptional staff led by Kate and entire team. Private chef romantic dinner arranged in hours, a very special treat and delightful experience. Our private villa was a true cocoon surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens. A must I will recommend all our family and friends and will return after our Koh Tao stay.Thank you and see you soon

We loved it all

Nice and cosy place. Lots of space and privacy, and we really enjoyed it with full heart<3The house has a caracter, beautiful and comfortable. We had our own swimming pool which our son loved so much! Upstairs we had two big separate bedrooms with own bathrooms (Tv´s provided) and downstairs a room with two bunk beds (beautiful and wide ones with own bathroom), and a nice tv chilling room. We had a big kitchen, where to cook and if we didn´t feel like cooking or going to the near by restaurants we ordered Grab to the house gate- very handy! You don´t need to go anywhere if you just want to chill at the house.Our host was Pinky. Amazing warm hearted person. She mastered everything. She was always available, through WhatsApp. Her staff was very kind, they did amazing job with cleaning. They provide cleaning every day if you need, with water and tea/coffee capsules provided to the house for your use. At our last morning Pinky and her staff came to the house and brought us pancakes and it was such a warm gesture.We left to Mae Nam and when we left the house, we told Pinky that if we didin´t find a home like this, we would return. And 4 days later we did;) Restaurants, shops, massage, Muay thai outdoor gym walk by, 7-eleven and Tops, walking 10 minutes. Also daytime we could text Pinky if we needed her ride somewhere nearby. The house is on the hills, with own private land, gates and guard at the nighttime, so you are very safe and secure. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely atmosphere. The unit was clean and well facilitated and perfect for two people. The private spa and pool were great when we got too lazy to head to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place, scooter and massage can be arrange. Shutter bus free service to the beach is the highlight.

The villa is so clean and comfortable, close to everywhere. Security man is very sweet and al the staffs are very helpful. Recommend for everyone.

Poor

It was disappointing that the air conditioning didn't work for several days. In the master bedroom, which was repaired, only the second hot one was sleeping in +30 heat. The water circulation in the swimming pool didn't work for half the trip. Expensive, but the house had already seen its time. For that money, everything has to work.The sacks were traveling all over the house, the sockets were working as they were and the lights were flickering. the water was also out for one evening and they were repaired for many hours.

Honeymoon suite was perfect. Private jacuzzi and pool. Pinky was always on hand with anything we needed. Not far from beach and lift down from pinky was always provided. Thanks again for a memorable trip.

Location very good. Our host Pinky provided amazing service throughout our stay.

Villa is excellent but needs some repairs to minor items (kitchen cupboards etc..)

Beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean, classy and comfortable. We had our own large private pool which added so much to our stay. Khun Pinky could not have been more kind and helpful during breakfast and throughout our stay. We were visiting for a part of our 2 week honeymoon and they made us feel so special and extreme welcome.We should return with family as the villa is large and can host large families.

Everything was beyond perfect.3 of us chose this accommadation to stay for our short holiday for five nights. The place itself is enormous, well decorated and in good condition. All the staff: Kate; Pinky; and the rest of the team were always there to support us 24/7, though some problems occured but the team solved it promptly. The accommodation is also located in a lovely area - less overcrowded, and lots of good restaurants nereby. absolutely recommended.

I think the poolwather needs to be changed.Beds are a bid hard.Taxis are expensive if you order one from the hotel.

It is very private, indoors and out.Pinky is great and housekeeping was very organised. Communication was excellent.

Like many recent reviewers, I had the expectation that the property had facilities similar to a hotel. It doesn’t. There are none.The villa is very dated, the kitchen was falling apart.What I really didn’t like about the property, is that even though it’s very close to town, it’s an extremely arduous walk due to the hilly position. it isn’t suitable for anyone who isn’t able bodied.

Good breakfast and accommodating to vegetarian diet. Very friendly staff made me feel at home. Staff had good English as well so communications were good.

The service here is world class. The manager makes sure you feel safe and will guide you with all the questions you have. The property is luxurious and beautiful. I want to thank Paradise Island for giving me 2 wonderful nights, thank you!!!
