Location was close to night market

Gaps between the windows allowed for mosquitoes to get in, and very loud location of the main road.

The bed was clean and it was right by the Fisherman’s Nightmarket and no need to cross the big road.

The walls had so many dirty spots and the room was overall not roughly cleaned including the bathroom which wasn’t great. The toilet has issues flushing and we did need a plumber. Also lizards can easily get in. We kept door closed at all times but saw a big one in the room.

My room was right next to the main road connecting the whole island. There was no other room available. It was way too loud to sleep - with the motorbikes accelerating, the trucks honking and someone trying to manage the traffic blowing a whistle. If the room was properly isolated it wouldn’t been an issue. I would advise the property to sound isolate the room(s) right next to the road or not rent them out.

Room was fine. Everything else was awful

Don't stay here! - I booked my stay online and paid online before I arrived I showed this to the receptionist when I arrived and she insisted that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay a second time. Which I did. I then called booking.com and got a refund luckily.I asked other guests if they had been charged twice and they said the same thing happened to them but there is nowhere else to go because of high season. I then rented a bike which had only 2 bars of fuel left on the tank. I returned it with 3 bars left and she charged me extra for not returning it with a full tank.WiFi didn't work the entire time. I've lived in Thailand 7 years and I never leave a bad review unless it's really deserved. Avoid.

Property was very comfortable and had everything you would need. It was very clean.

Location could be a little noisy with the main road at times. I still managed to get a really good nights sleep here though.

It is very close to the fisherman market if you are interested in that.

The man at reception seemed always grumpy and the room was very basic.

- 10 Stars for staff especially Ms Narisawa, she was so helpful! Our tour guide did not show up for an entire hour and she helped to call all the hotline numbers, google for other tour agencies and even offered to help book a similar day tour. She will also give you cold bottled water anytime you want. :)- The hotel also offers transport to Samui airport for 400 baht, slightly cheaper than Grabcar during peak hour.- 2 bottles of water were provided every day, even if your previous bottles are still in the fridge. We ended up with a heap of bottled water lol

- Other reviews were right about the noise being heard from the main road, it's pretty loud at night but it did not affect us.- Bed and pillows were quite hard, but this is my personal preference- There were quite a lot of ants in the room, we ended up shifting the trash bin outside- Toilet door cannot close (misaligned)- Note that there is no dishwash liquid and housekeeping will not clean the utensils

The location was great- it was a more quiet area which me and partner prefer and about 12-15 mins away from the party strip.

It was quite basic and the windows and doors were not fitted properly and you could hear everything but were not sensitive too much to that. And this then also meant there were bugs/ants in the room..

Pleasant stay, clean and big rooms, good location....stayed for 2 nights and we were happy about our choice :-)

The rooms were so clean and spacious. Great info for travelling from the owner n her family.

Near the road and too loud by the road

Room clean and nice locations, very close to lot os stores and also the night market as well as a bit close from the pier (but need a taxi to get there).

Arriving from the Airport and departure from the pier next day lactation perfect. Big room, comfortable bed.

My bed sheet was not clean so I had to slept in my sleeping bag.

Very big room that even has a little kitchen area. Good location just a short walk from the night market and Fisherman's Village. Friendly, helpful staff that are happy to help organise other things you might need such as transport to the airport or tours. Very good price for this location and room facilities.

The main road out the front is very busy but (1) you don't need to cross it to have access to Fisherman's Village, the night market or other shops and restaurants, and (2) Only one of the rooms on each floor faces the road from what I could tell, the others, including mine, are away from the road so the noise wasn't bad - just a bit of a gentle background hum.

The noise! Room 308 facing very busy road with windows having gasps the size of a football field ?It felt like I was sleeping on the side of the road. The worst sleep I have ever had, luckily it was only one night. In at 2200 and out by 0700. Don't use Google Maps to find the place, it sends you to the middle of nowhere. Use Booking.com location.
