Don’t stay here!

Very loud construction every day. There was no wifi 2 out of 3 days that I was there. Very strong sewage smell from the bathroom. Stains in the furniture and bedding.

The Hospitality was top notch here. I was warmly welcomed by Kim at the reception. All the staff were super friendly and assisted me with everything. It was my birthday and they did a special celebration for me when I came back to the hotel. It was unexpected. They pay special attention to detail while making your room. The rooms were super clean, exactly how it was mentioned on the listing. Property is close to all the party places, massage, tour excursions, etc. Would highly recommend anyone planning to go to Samui to stay here atleast once. Thanks for making it super personal to me.

It was a bit loud with the renovations going on in the first building. However the staff made sure I was moved to another room for more comfortable stay. Didn’t have any issue after.

I liked only service. The location is close to chaweng noisy activities if that is what you seek for.

The beach is close but not swimmable. Felt like it was overpriced: no elevator, water not warm, the furniture color makes easy to forget things on them. Tiny and only one window.

Comfortable, great location, friendly and professional staff

I love the pizza, the restaurant was fantastic, the staff was really good and accommodating.

There was a odor in our room – but it wasn’t offensive, and when you’re in there for a little bit, you don’t even notice it. It is not physically on the beach, and to get to the beach you have to walk down a path that has cars, random mopeds, assorted random dogs that were supposedly kept by the families that came haphazardly to those locations to man their own boats. A dog barked at me as I was coming onto the beach and it made me feel uncomfortable. It is a good value if you’re not looking to spend premium to be on beachfront.

No smoking area in the front of the hotel

Great location, huge rooms, overall great value for money.

More tea and coffee, but i am English and we drink lots of that.

The staff and the team were exceptionally. I'd go back just for them as I was taken care of properly

On the bottom floor it was noisy. meetings outside the door and party could be heard most of the night

The aircon was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The manager was invading our privacy too much. Constantly asking where we’re going, what we’re doing, even at one point checked my bag of shopping to see what I had got without even giving him permission. The rest of the staff were great but it just felt like the main manager was too over the top and nosey.

The staff were so lovely, it’s right by the beach, the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels.

The bathroom smelled pretty bad at certain times of the day.

Hotel is clean and spacious rooms with a nice restaurant with 15% discount for guests. Opposite the beach and indeed it is the best part of Chaweng beach. Close to all amenities. We met friends there to holiday together and very easy to get aroundStaff were all so helpful and friendly

Great location, clean, friendly staff, allowed late checkout for a reasonable fee, across the street from the beach. Onsite restaurant has good options and is open late. The rooms are very basic, but everything was clean, comfortable and worked properly. The room was quiet during the evening, so it was good for resting. Overall, I recommend.

The hotel was great. Good location within walkimg distance to Chaweng center and beach. Friendly staff and tasty food both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Good price for cocktails as well.Bed was a bit hard for us and AC was directed on us so needed to use a pillow as wall to block it a bit. Other than that it was well worth the price.

Newly renovated rooms are so comfortable and really spacious.The bed was soft and gave me the best night sleep.Close to everything, but far enough away from loud music or trafficStaff were the best

Nice place. Location was good for proximity to restaurants and shopping. Center Mall was a nice walk away and a great place to visit and shop.

It's a nice place in a convenient area.

It was nice, all was perfect as we needed one night to stay before we head to the the airport early in the morning.

Make sure you get a room that isn’t facing the street especially if you are a light sleeper. Or bring earplugs with you to avoid sleepless night.
