Sand Sea Beach Resort

The location is just few steps to the beach, or let's say it's on the beach. Cool, and the swimming pool is face the beach also. Looks nice. The bathtub also feels so natural-friendly. But I think it's bummer that may not like take a bath with wine

The facilities is too old, and the noise of Air conditioner is too much. TV, closet, AC need to be replaced I think.

The room is very spacious. I really love the size, the layout and the towel art! We have got two dog-towels, very cute! The pool is smaller than seen in the photos. The staffs are very helpful.

Different levels, in the room (between bed and living area), restaurant. Breakfast could be improved in quality and more Thai food. The plug/cables in the room are loose. With a little touch, could make the lights off.

Amazing beachfront property with fantastic staff and very clean bungalow-style rooms.

Location is great, very good prices for food and drinks, massages in the beach in a great price, staff very friendly, easy to rent a motorcycle and good price. Very good beach and clean pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful.The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The beach bags were a nice bonus; getting fresh beach towels every night was convenient.

It's a bit rundown in the pool area but it's evident they're constantly refurbishing and making improvements.

Has been refurbished so was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful Great location because it's not in a busy area.Food was good, you can order room service. We stayed in the beach front cottage..perfect

The pool was great. Room was clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very good. The bar was good and fun. The beach was lovely and clean.All the staff were Fabulous. An especial shout out to Wee, Tam, Boy, and Beer who we spent a lot of time with

For me personally, only that you couldn't go deep in the ocean right outside the resort as lots of coral. Good for snookling but not great for swimming, but if you just want to chill in the water it's good

Location was nice, quiet 10 minute walk to busy pat of Lamai. We had a beach front room which was brilliant. Lovely stay. Beach is good in front of resort.

Our room was fabulous - we had our own pool and stairs directly onto the beach. Pricey… but absolutely worth it! And the staff were fabulous. So hard working, friendly and they remembered our names each day! We liked the location… a very quiet end of an otherwise busy beach. Easy walk to the night market etc.

Great location, shops and everything you need around

Nothing at all (Wifi very weak - not a problem for us but for the ones that need for work purposes it’s something to consider )

The staff went well out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, welcoming me back for a second year. The location is excellent - right on the beautiful, clean beach but very close to the main streeet - cafes, markets, shopping, massages etc. & I felt very comfortable walking home at night.

The staff are amazing. On Lamai Beach, it's the most beautiful and least crowded, cleanest section of the beach. It's a relaxed atmosphere, away from the slightly tacky and Benidorm style main strip, but thats only a short walk away, so you can dip in and out of that mess as much or as little as you choose. The pool is so nice and never crowded with a great bar next to the pool but also right on the beach. There's good food and drinks and nothing is too much trouble. It's not high end, but the aircon is great, beds are big and comfy, and everything is clean with attention to detail. It's a little gem and well worth the money.

A few more sockets in the room especially by the bed would of been nice??

Me and my friend had the best of times, honestly ive never seen a staff so dedicated to making our experience the best it can be. They were really helpful and always with a big smile. Also special shout out to Mr. Kyaw Zin Htwe who was really helpful throughout the stay. We loved the fact that even though we had to go early before breakfast, they gave us a little bag with breakfast in it for the drive. The room with the private pool was amazing and would recommande 100%

We stayed in a beach front villa and I would absolutely recommend booking one! Sitting out on the porch and listening to the waves was so relaxing, hours pass by without you even noticing.The pool, bar, loungers and all communal areas were always clean and tended to. The bar was always manned and easy to get served.The staff were super attentive and friendly, always willing and keen to help make our stay more enjoyable.The location was great, you can walk along the beach to fun beach bars and walk via the road to many restaurants and bars in Lamai. One of the nights, the hotel hosted a complimentary cocktail party, accompanied by a seafood bbq (the bbq was an additional charge). We sat right on the beach and enjoyed a delicious meal!

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous pool, nice breakfast. Very quiet part of the beach, perfect if you’re looking to relax.

Got my request to have the room directly in front of the swimming pool. Lots of privacy for the beach where you did not have many vendors interrupting you.Hotel is very near to Lamai Night Market & Fresh market. Plenty of eateries n massage shops too!

Water pressure abit low for bath tub. Very limited toiletries.. no toothbrush & toothpaste, no body lotion.

The attitude and behaviour of the staff was excellent. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and plenty of seating and beds et cetera around the pool. It was very accessible to the Lamai night market and local restaurants, massages etc. The location was away from the busiest and most commercial part of Lamai beach so nice and quiet.

Unfortunately, the beach right in front of the hotel is not the greatest because there is a channel of water coming off the land which when it’s rain brings a lot of rubbish down with it. We walked a little way along the beach and then had some lovely swims.
