Right on the beach, really pretty small pool right on the sand, a lot of wood and plants, tucked away from the street, kind staff

I personally think the evening lighting in the restaurant could be better, location and food are great but neon lights destroy the vibe.Also, pool is accessible to outside guests for a very small fee so it sometimes is impossible to enjoy the pool as a guest

Great location in Lipa noi, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant on location, nice pool over looking the beach and water. Cute garden along the walk way from reception to some of the ground floor room, apartment style rooms in the back above reception for an over look to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets.

Everything was great!

It was a bit noisy, in the morning. I enjoyed the balcony. Ok for a few days. The restaurant closed early.

Unfriendly staff at the reception area. Stayed three nights and was never greeted with a smile or hello. Checking in/out the same. Just a rude vibe. Left me wishing I had stayed somewhere else. Also, all three mornings an employee idled one of the hotel’s diesel trucks for what seemed to be an eternity at about 6:45ish am slamming the truck doors, the tail gate, loading/unloading stuff, and laughing-yelling to the ladies at the reception. This definitely woke EVERYONE up each day. The employees at this place seemed to have no concept of “hospitality.” Shame on the owners really…

Price is reasonable, lots of tree.

The location and the view.

As with most places we have been staying, the photos don't really give a true representation of the complex, mainly due to them being taken years ago when everything was new and clean. Our room was ok but was dirty on arrival. No running water in the sink the whole time we were there. Pool was beautiful but if you didn't get a towel on one of the 7 beds available before 07.30 you had no chance. Not enough beds or space for amount of guests.

Gets very noisy at night with frogs outside the bungalows in the narrow pools they have either side of the walkways, and the fact there was no kettle in the room to make a coffee in the morning was my biggest gripe.

Beach/ Bali style with natural plantings. Peaceful and quiet. Aa perfect placer to relax. The value is excellent.

My booked King room with vaulted ceiling was perfect,initially. At. 10:30pm on first night there was an electrical fault so total loss of power. I asked for transferring to another room . So after packing up I was transferred to a twin room with two single beds. While this room had been refurbished it lacked the vaulted ceiling / charm of my booked ‘King’ room. The small single bed was uncomfortably hard. They woman. In thẻ neighbouring room noted the same isssue! Hmmm, disappointing but I still like this place. The staff never followed up the next day to see if I was satisfied.

The resort is on the beach and it has a small pool with a restaurant/bar nearby, peaceful area. The rooms were really clean, breakfast was good enough with more choices so you can vary it for a longer stay.

The air conditioning is right above the bed and you cannot find a way to keep it on without blowing directly on the bed.The restaurant is a little bit pricy for what it offers.

It's directly at the beach and the infinity pool with the view on the ocean was amazing.

It's quite far off and the food around there (at the hotel restaurant as well as around) is not overwhelming.

I liked the quiet of the place, the swimming pool area is cosy and the beach is beautiful.Our double bedroom was clean, comfy and spacious enough for a family of 3 (with an 11yo)

I didn’t like much the breakfast, it was included for my partner and I, but not for my son so we had to pay extra every day.

It’s such a nice place, near to the beach. There are few restaurants near by. In the very crowded Koh samui is very nice place to relax

The internet connection was terrible. I couldn’t make any calls. There should be kettle in all rooms

The location - there was nothing around at all we walked for half hour before finding a shop. And had to had a 7/11 toasties for dinner.

I have stayed 3 times over a few years in Lipa Bay Resort and I love it. It's better than the photos! Fantastic bungalows surrounded by plants, fantastic access and view on the beach and perfect little swimming pool!

Pool, location, value for money, nice staff

Shower really needs renovation. Bed was hard. Pillows need replacing. Bedside lamp didn't work. Breakfast was extremely basic. All fruit juice is from the bottle instead of fresh.
