Sea view room on 2nd or 3rd floor . Stunning views . The beach location was excellent . Staff were very friendly and always happy to please .

Really not much to like. Nothing really met expectations. The waiting staff were fabulous. Ground staff worked hard to maintain beach.Location was v good - in the middle of Thai Benidorm strip and the night market that closes early. Needs significant improvement.- pool is disgusting. It’s got bits all in it and green slime on the walls.- most the ‘cooked’ breakfast was inedible. I sat there for 3/4 hours and nothing was refreshed that wasn’t being eaten. Juices were pure sugar and coffee machine broken.- the hotel needs investment as it’s dilapidating and falling apart. In rooms have damp and mould. It was fine for a couple nights but don’t expect much.

The hotel is comfortable and located very near the center. Everything was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.It is a bit overpriced in my opinion and the mini bar is so full of stuff to pay that there’s no space to put something of your own, which should be taken in consideration.

The staff at the hotel were great and very friendly. Fern from the front desk was especially helpful with all our queries and requests pertaining to local activity bookings. Hotel location is also convenient with restaurants and stores nearby.

Incredibly kind staff, beautiful intimate resort. Room looked stunning and clean. Perfectly located with plentiful beds at the pool and private area at the beach.

Hot water in the shower is sparse but that’s everywhere on the island.

This was the second time we stayed here and we absolutely love it. Perfect location, lovely staff, great room and breakfast. Right on the beach, a few minutes from all the shops and restaurants yet still very peaceful. Can’t wait to return.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Location is perfect for the strip and night market but is still peaceful. Breakfast is plentiful and great quality.We had lunch at the restaurant a few times and again it was very good.

The pool and beach were nice and the breakfast was good and offered many choices.

The room was fine but nothing special and could use a bit of spiffing up.

Nice and quiet, the breakfast was very good. The BBQ on the beach was also delicious, and the cocktails were great. The room was a good size, and it was close to everything in Lamai. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; they made a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend, which was a very nice surprise!

Everything provided, beach towels, beachbag, beach shoes, beach wrap, bathrobe,slippers. Warm welcome. Peaceful small hotel but beatiful attention to detail. We had bungalow style villa with terrace facing tropical garden a few steps from beachside infinity pool, bar and restaurant all overlooking beach. Sufficient pool or beach loungers with umbrellas. Clean and comfortable rooms with mini bar and tea coffee making facility in room. Bath and shower. Lovely varied buffet breakfast and we had several delicious dinners on the beach in the evening when the hotel set up tables there in the evening with option to choose your fresh fish to be cooked. Lovely massage facility overlooking the beach. Hotel arranged our transfers which were reasonable and punctual.

A small thing but shower, although aesthetically pleasing, the water fell from an overhead stone trough so it wasn’t really efficient as a normal shower ahead but it wouldn’t put me off staying here again. The sand all along Lamai beach had lots of tiny bits of wood in which would benefit from a good sift but the staff did come out daily to clear new debris brought in with the tides.

The room was LOVELY, big and really nicely decorated with a massive bed, great bathroom ans the terrace was really nice and big too. Overlooking the lush garden, it felt like a little oasis and the beach is a few foot steps away. The swimming pool was a nice addition and just next to the beach. I liked that the hotel seemed to have a good sustainability ethos.

Nothing really to dislike. The only small down perhaps was the breakfast, it was ok, nothing spectacular, but a nice buffet and not overwhelming.

We felt the staff were efficient but not as friendly as we experienced in 6 other hotels in Asia.Examples1.An army of workers descended on the beach at 5.30 and removed all deck chairs.2.On our first night we had very heavy rains- we asked at reception for a recommendation of a good restaurant close by- they were unable to help us.3.My wife after breakfast took two glasses of water on to the front patio and was questioned by a member of staff as to what she was doing.4.On check out we were told it couldn't happen until Housekeeping had inspected our room.5.At the patio bar, my wife wanted a glass of wine and asked for a small tasting of two wines- a phone call had to made made to Mgt to get permission to do say.It feels like the staff are under strict control. Not what we experienced in other hotels. Not in any way rude- just not warm.

Everything. The staff were exceptional, nothing was ever a problem for them. The beds were super-comfy, shower was hot with good pressure. The restaurant overlooked the beach and tables were set up on the beach for dinner. The resort was very clean and had everything we wanted. We’d definitely stay here again

The resort is situated near to the Lamai night market and many good seafood restaurants. Really love the relaxing vibe and good service. Breakfast was fantastic with great variety.
