Lovely property and staff!

The rooms could use a bit of a refresh (especially the bath tub/shower).

The Pool Villa was simply amazing, spacious, double bathroom, beautiful private swimming pool and garden, very quiet, very close to the beach. The staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful on any matter (to do with the resort or not).

Our stay at Napasai was one of our highlights during our honeymoon. The resort grounds are beautiful and classy without trying too hard - and the staff are very skilled, super friendly and genuinely always wanted to make sure we have all we need to have a perfect stay. The breakfast was just perfect. Thank you so much and we hope to come back in the future!

Dream comes true! Exceptional service, always with smile, cleaning room twice a day, leaving you surprises at the room. Great breakfast and perfect pool.

The infinity pool was really beautiful, with the best view ever. The staff was amazing, very attentive and responsive.

The food seemed overpriced even for an expensive resort, but I suppose it's like this everywhere in Koh Samui now.

smoking was allowed only in a place with no chairs ... and suddenly I saw that others were allowed to smoke next to the pool while we were told not to...

This resort is heaven on earth! Every detail is meticulously carried out to enhance the guest experience. The private beach setting and outstanding restaurant are the cherry on top.

We had a little trouble with our front door lock, and there should be better access to the beautiful beachfront

The hotel, in general, is truly exceptional—everything was seamless and easily accessible, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team; their hospitality made a real difference. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the swimming pool—absolutely stunning and perfectly positioned to offer beautiful views, it really stands out as the centerpiece of the property. While the rooms show a bit of age in design, they are extremely well-maintained, clean, and in excellent condition, offering both charm and comfort throughout our stay.

The breakfast was minimal. Not a good selection of food. At least offer cut up fruit. Maybe some cereal and better salad

This has been the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my life.Excellent staff service, great ocean view from the room, amazing pool, complimentary kayaking, paddleboarding etc even with lessons. Daily activities.

Beach and ocean - nothing much to see, water is shallow and has a lot of sea grass. On the last day of our stay, there was a miscommunication between staff about our luggage collection, which is the only reason I'm rating this hotel 9/10.

A lot of activities every day, good restaurants, nice views, great pool, yoga classes and service is just brilliant

Loved Napasai! It’s a stunning hotel with a private white sand beach. The food was great, and the staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. The resort has a more traditional Thai feel which we liked, and although it’s no longer a Belmond, it has the same level of hospitality.

Beautiful pool, beach and gardens

Rooms are dated and English communication with restaurant staff could be difficult.

Smiles and food ! Amazing activities, great service and friendly staff, beautiful yoga deck, wonderful spotless beach and pool , impeccable bar service , very clean rooms and amenities. Tried all activities fitness, Thai box, paddle, kayaks , sailing, snorkeling, windsurf, bike, Thai cooking, yoga, private boat excursion, private island tour all absolutely worth it ! Half board definitely worth the money ! Perfect handling of gluten free (maybe could have more choice at breakfast). Only downside is when the algies bloom the beach water turns bright green it is strange but it went away as fast it came. Villas closer to beach are very nice for being in the center of it all, all quiet no noise.

Amazing and beautiful place. one of the best resorts in Samui. The resort is located away from any noisy roads etc so it was very peaceful, the room and hotel amenities were comfortable and so clean all requests were easily met. The staff were always helpful and kind made us feel very special.

We liked everything, but we would be happy if more gym facilities were added

The property is very natural and peaceful… some resorts are bigger and busier but at Napasai it feels more welcoming and personal. I think that is because the size is more boutique. I also have to shoutout the pool it is stunning and was perfect for lounging, reading, swimming. The staff at Napasai are world class and so kind and friendly.

The property is stunning so that is hard to say… I think if anything it may just need a little modernization but that doesn’t affect the experience or beauty.

The staff is perfect, everything is done to make you spend a wonderful stay. The private beach is amazing and the quiet of the hotel is an absolute pleasure.

The room equipment is a bit obsolete but it’s still a really nice room
