Samui Pier Beach Resort

We loved staying at Samui Pier Beach Resort! The staff is so sweet and very attentive. The grounds were beautiful and we loved laying in our cabana every afternoon looking out on the beach. They also have a great restaurant!!

The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are very friendly and always willing to help answer questions and make recommendations.

Very nice place beautiful beach, lovely stuff. I am very recommended. I love the place. Very good food.

Disappointing

Paid high price for room location only to be overrun by day trippers who paid few Thb for same facilities and location!!!!

The lady on reception was very responsive to my issues. She also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport for early the following day. (No airport shuttle as advertised) convenient for a 1 night stay for an early flight. The room was a good size, and the bathroom had clearly been updated recently.

I requested clean sheets as the ones on the bed were badly stained. The top sheet had what looked like blood on it, and the bottom sheet had dubious stains, which I didn't get too close to identify. They came with clean sheets but put the new bottom sheet over the one already on. My guess was they didn't want to take the old one off as the mattress was just as bad. They took the duvet with them and left us with a single sheet to use as a top sheet, which would have been fine for one person but not 2. The towels were thread bare and had holes in. The shower was a cold drizzle and a waste of time. The air con was loud. The walls are very thin, and you can clearly hear the conversation from next door.

Location from the airport and late check-in available. Friendly staff and proximity from the beach.

Well the rooms were very simple, nothing extra. But had everything needed and good value for the prize.

Disrespectful next door neighbours making lots of noise after midnight

Comf he’d and clean room but AC was broken and could hear the family next door- walls thin!

Check in not on time, AC broke, loud next door, property loud with music and kids playing in pool.

Close to the sea.

The room was not well maintained and didn’t feel clean. It lacked the level of upkeep we expected, making our stay less comfortable. We arrived on a very rainy day, and unfortunately, the weather prevented our kids from enjoying the water inflated slides, which was one of the main reasons we booked. While that’s beyond the hotel's control, it did add to the overall disappointment. A better-maintained room and improved cleanliness would have made a big difference in our experience.

I loved everything about the resort right next to the pier, very big rooms, beautiful gardens, pool, staff were very kind and helpful, excellently managed would highly recommend

Location. The pool in the morning & the relax music. Sunset. Garden. Beach furniture very comfortable. Good restaurant.

Maybe furniture room refreshment/update and newer towels, but it didn’t bother us.

Great location for the port if planning on going to one of the other islands also very close to airport. It's kept very clean & maintained very well. Staff are very well trained on keeping it running smoothly

Disappointed with the staff after reading reviews about how friendly & helpful they are. Unfortunately I didn't feel overly welcome being a solo traveler would have been nice to be greeted with a warm smile & hello which I didn't get especially in the morning when I'd go down for my coffee from the bar area actually felt the waitress looked down her nose at me. Shame after reading so many great reviews

Great location and lovely friendly staff. Am must visit in bangrak even if its too busy to stay. Beautiful.

Total wipeout on the beach to this hotel Very disappointed as open to general public which meant the sun lounges the public get the use of them so no priority to the guests staying out the hotel.As a couple wouldn't stay here again to many kids and general public

Staff were incredible and let me have a late checkout when my plane got rescheduled suddenly.

Location was excellent. Only a few minutes by car from the airport. The property was right on the beach and the grounds were well maintained. The restaurant served excellent food at affordable prices and the staff were super friendly.

The bathroom was very basic and amenities were none existent. Remember to bring your own toiletries.

Great property very near Pier. Excellent facilities and staff were very helpful, including finding and looking after my IPad which I left at the property first stay. Also looked after luggage while I was in Koh Tao and Koh Phangan. Would highly recommend as good value for money with a nice restaurant on site.
