The manager and staff were very nice.

Knowing that Koh Samui is so well visited during this period (December), we really appreciated how quiet both the beach and the hotel were. The staff are extremely friendly, and the food at the restaurant—especially the breakfasts—is great, making the overall stay very enjoyable. Very recommend!

During our visit, the ocean brought in a lot of garbage due to the currents (and tourist's littering), so even though the area was very nice and quiet, some days the beach wasn’t the cleanest. Also, some mattresses are not the newest and may feel a bit firm for some guests, but overall this hotel is great value for the price.

Got exactly what I was looking for. Clean, ready for use right from the beginning. Nice pool and sea view. Helpful and friendly staff. Recommending for everyone... And very close to the pier for further travels.

The AC had a bit of an issue the last night but it was working great before that

I liked the big hotel room with the private balcony view. The pool and beach facing the ocean was lovely as well. On my first night, the A/C wasn't working in my room and I told the staff about it and they were able to fix it very quickly.

The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, however it was a minor issue. The resort location is a bit isolated from everything else, needless to say, its a short walk from restaurants.

Beach front and so quiet

Restaurant service was horrible, I think the waitress was drunk, we were the only table there and she forgot us and disappeared for like 20 minutes And she is the only worker there, food was ok but service very bad.

This is a great location with a good beach and pleasant parkland grounds. The rooms are comfortable, and people who like hard beds will enjoy the facilities. The staff were particularly good and very helpful. Overall, it was a good place to stay, and the quality of the staff made a big difference.

The hardness of the bed may not suit all guests.

Water pressure not good, hot water intermittent, ceiling fan only goes in one direction, AC not the best

I booked my last night here, because this resort provided a taxi service to the airport of Koh Samui, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The resort is very close to Pralarn Pier (Lomprayah Pier) and there is a pick-up service for a very convenient price. The place is beautiful, featuring a main building and many nice little bungalows. Quiet, surrounded by nature, with a nice swimming pool and a private beach. Bath robe and towels are provided by the hotel. There is A/C in the room and mosquito screens.The staff was very helpful, nice and friendly,

The room is nice and spacious and the breakfast is awesome. Love it. Love the beach and the pool.

I don't like the toilet and bath. It looks dirty and the sink is so up high. I have hard time brushing my teeth so as my kids. You need to redesign and change the color of your toilet and bath.

Room was clean, good size and decent bathroom

Bugs! Had a cockroach and a few Bugs in the room. Once we got them out, it was comfortable.

The location, the pool and the private beach were amazing. Very calm and relaxing

Booked a room with 2 beds as myself (father) was travelling with daughter. We didn’t bother to change room as it was already late when we got one with only 2 bed.Restaurant had 2 tables with guests for dinner (!!!) and it took almost 1 hour to get dinner

Swim up pool, was nice gardens surrounding bungalows natural wildlife sounds.

I always provide an honest review as i feel it assists improvements required.We booked a superior bungalow for 2 adults, 1 14y child. Upon arrival, we were given a key and shown on the map where bungalow was. Other hotels previous to this stay took us to our room in person.1st impressions disappointing, very tired, broken window that was open all night with just the insect shield closed that was not noticed before room was offered to us, shower head, failed to remain upright. Room in general needed a face-lift! Upon complaints reception, staff gave us a free upgrade to a DELUXE Bungalow 100% to which was a better option if you're considering booking. Nice pool area, swim up edbe to sea area, restaurant again it's only a 3 star, but the food was very good, nice breakfast. Beach amazing, sea good for swimming, very close to pier for ferry's to Koh panghan Koh Toa. A once used spa area is derelict, shut down, and ignored, with a sauna, nit up and running, very run down jacuzzi/rain filled just left to attract mosquitos. You probably wouldn't notice this area, in general, but this is where they send you to shower on your last day if you have a late check out. ??‍♀️I would consider building a better shower block. It's a shame as it just needs a face-lift. Staff all work so hard to run and keep holiday makers happy. It's a bit far from the main town we had to take a cab to a fisherman's village, there and back around 1000 baht.We enjoyed our stay and were grateful our upgrade was provided. We only booked for 3 nights.

Atmosphere around the pool and beach area was perfect...beautiful and relaxing nice restaurant

My bed was uncomfortable quite hard

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very good . The rooms were cleaned daily and we always had fresh towels and water . The restaurant was good also . It was secluded from the busy parts of Koh Samui though and you will need a motorbike or taxi .

This hotel is perfect if you plan on taking the boat to koh tao or koh phanag as it’s a short walk to the pier.The hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was ok (their omelet was quite good).Good quiet part of the beach if you are looking to relax

Nice resort, very peaceful, with private beach and pool area. Spacious room and balcony, good air conditioning and good cleaning service. Free water every day was provided. Good buffet breakfast with a lot of choices. Near Mae Nam pier, good if you want to explore Koh Phangan and Koh Tao with the ferry.

It's a bit far away from the central part of Koh Samui, so it's expensive to get around if you don't rent a bike.
