It is a clean, comfortable accommodation, with very friendly and attentive staff in great proximity to beach and evening life.

Everything was good.

Very nice hotel in a great location, 5 minute walk to Lamai beach. There is also a small pool that stays open until 8 pm which was so handy to swim in after sightseeing for the day. Staff were friendly but we didn’t have much interaction with them. Only issue we had was ants in the bathroom.

The room was very clean and calm , good location , gorgeous hotel with swimming pool and the staff was really nice , special mention to Pi Noo who was very very nice and helpful . We recommend this place !

We enjoyed our trip here despite the weather change. The room was cleaned everyday , fresh towels and water. The room was spacious. Tv worked. The location was perfect. 4 minute walk to the beach / shops / restaurants

Very helpful friendly staff. My room was spacious with good amenities. The buffet breakfast had a good range of food.

Perfect location!! And the lady who ran it was really lovely. Quiet with nice views but only a 5 minute walk to all the nightlife!!

I didn't find anything to dislike. It's a motel style and a little older building, but it's very well maintained. It was a very good value.

Management great helped me out with scooter and when wanted to stay longer helped me out with room changes

We stayed at this place for two nights while waiting for the floods in Ko Phangan to subside.The place is decently clean, but the room’s furniture and bathroom were very old. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, likely due to clogged filters. If you’re sensitive to dust, this is definitely not the place for you.The cherry on top was the organized scam involving the scooter rental. The owner (an elderly lady) is clearly in cahoots with the rental guys—she pushed hard for us to rent through her, and they seemed well-acquainted. They delivered an old scooter covered in scratches, so I took pictures upon receiving it. Strangely enough, on the last day, brand-new scratches mysteriously appeared overnight, despite the fact that I had checked the bike the night before and it was fine.The next morning, a guy from the shop arrived, already knowing exactly where the “new” scratches were, and demanded 3,000 THB in damages. We negotiated a lower amount, but the whole situation was clearly a setup. Additionally, the old lady weirdly wasn’t in location that day…Long story short, I can’t recommend a place owned by dishonest people who collaborate with scammers. Avoid it.

The staff were exceptional. We were dealing with some illness and logistical issues at the time and they were extremely accommodating. The beds are also comfy and the rooms were clean. The location is also close to restaurants etc.

Enjoyed everything

The location is fantastic, offering great value for the money. The owner is incredibly friendly and hospitable—on our last night, when my friend fell ill, she went out of her way to help us and even provided medicine. Truly a wonderful experience

The bathroom door was getting stuck when closed in a way it required force to open and made a lot of noise doing so.

The property is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the beach and shops (7-11 etc) while being set back away from the main strip so is quiet at night. Showers work well and have good temperature control. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and big, location was alright too, staff was really friendly

When we opened the window, we found two ill-looking pigeons right below. At first, they looked dead because they were heavily malnourished, but they were still moving. It wasn't really an issue, but it did scare me a little. Oh also, while the towels were clean, they had weird stains all over them, which was a bit off-putting.
