Blue Turtle Hotel Samui

The rooms were beautiful, pool was lovely, the hotel is right on the beach, and the staff were helpful. It was a little bit off the main drag but close walking distance to the nightlife in Chaweng.

Beautiful property, comfortable villas and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent as well.

Hotel is well located, easy access to the beach, there is a 7/11 and restaurants across the street. The area is clam and within walking distance to many stores and nightlife if that is what you are looking for. Staff is great, went out of their way to help all the time.

I like the location on the beach and near 7 eleven, pharmacy and ATM. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Nice front desk staff. Filtered water was great for filling up bottles.

No sunbathing on the beach. Need luggage racks in room. Need wash cloths in room. Breakfast should be served earlier than 8am. Robes in room would be nice.

Lovely resort, hotel staff are amazing, staff Nikki Emile Ja plus all housekeeping & restaurant staff keep resort running well. Rooms are a good design with a good-sized double bed, I prefer a firm bed, so I took the protective mattress off underneath.

This was the perfect accommodation for our stay on koh samui. The staff were amazing, so friendly and so accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful, comfy and very clean.

Amazing staff from reception to the pool maintenance chap (who actually helped clean our shoes off when stepping into oil). The hotel was small and lovely with amazing character! All 3 receptionists were lovely! The bar and waiting staff were also amazing as well as the chef! Amazing food all week!

The beach was a bit dirty in the first few days and regardless of the effort of the hotel staff, it was engine oil making it horrible due to the tanker crash... nothing the hotel.can do about it. 5-10 mind walk on the beach and the oil disappear due to the reef.

The beach was filthy. They rake the sand twice a day but don’t clean the water and trash clogs the beach. All other hotels seem to take better care. Blue turtle beach looks like a dumpster. Big disappointment.

The staff at the hotel are great. Reception are so helpful and have lots of knowledge. The staff in the restaurant/bar are all so friendly.

The food was exceptional, and 6 nights, not one meal, disappointed us. The flavours were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ask us about our day and make our stay completely comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Pillows soft. I can't fault this hotel and I would return again and again. Thankyou blue Turtle, for an unforgettable stay.

Lovely hotel . Big spacious room and terrace. Nikki at reception very kind and helpfull, Also Benny, Mod, Aor, Celio, Dao .... Thanks for your good services ! Actually ALL personnel I meet were very nice people. When a terrace light was broken down in the evening, Dao came to repair immediatly, even after her working hours. Very pleasant also to see that guests don't block deckchairs in the morning by putting their towels .... Food choice and quality in their restaurant is excellent.

The shower: low water pressure, hardly lukewarm water and very old chalked showerhead. Also a pity the hotel doesn't put any tablesor chairs on the (little) beach before the hotel.

We had a great stay at the Blue Turtle! The pool was lovely, the room was clean, and the location was nice and quiet while still being in Chaweng. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Would definitely recommend!

This is ideally located within walking distance of the main area in Chaweng, close enough to walk to the nightlife but far enough away if that is not your scene. Our room was up a staircase directly above the reception and would have preferred to stay in the little ground floor rooms which looked lovely.

Clean, location.

Not a comfortable stay: The category of room we booked was just above the reception with stairs. I was with my family and it was very uncomfortable to climb up and down. Room looks clean but no fixture fittings not even a phone in the room to call reception. Bathrooms are very small and smelly. For everything we asked for staff says no. It was an average stay. Nothing too great about the property.

Absolutely everything

The only minor thing was that the beach in front of the hotel could have been cleaned more often as other hotels do it on the beach. It has the very nice shade from the trees and is not big, therefore super clean beach every day, the entire day should be feasable and would make such à nice difference. Otherwise all was fantastic.

Loved the rooms, so cosy and comfy. The staff were lovely. Only wish I could have stayed longer.

The restaurant food was a bit overpriced
