I like the cleanines the staff are amazing world class ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Only no Elevator is challenging . but Nothing they can Do about it but the staff helping gratefuly . Specially the manager is World class, have the Serving ❤️, Quality unique way managing the place and every table visits and asks the guests.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The view was wonderful, the staff were so kind and helpful.

I wish there was a top sheet in the bed because it was either a thick quilt or nothing.

The breakfast was varied by day with the option of eggs as a kitchen order (poached, fried, omelet, eggs Benedict) we only had the options of breakfast twice during our stay- we were only offered eggs from the kitchen on the first day, service was very ‘island’, which you come to expect from some places in Koh Samui, although not the norm. The view from the penthouse was exceptional. And they did a bed arrangement which was beautiful to celebrate our honeymoon

The number of steps up to the room was unexpected for the price paid… we were helped with our luggage and they appeared to have taken it through the service lift, which was necessary as otherwise we wouldn’t have got them up to the room. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for a long time, that combined with inadequate air conditioning (make sure you get two room keys so it can be on all day in preparation for your return to the room)The kitchen as dated, cupboard doors peeling etc, although when the bathroom sink tap broke they were quick to fix it. The plug sockets are poorly placed for using any kind of adapter and we had to use the bathroom plug for the duration of our stay, directly by the sink, as it was the only one that an adapter and then a charger could fit into without falling out. Check out was a nightmare, but I accept we should have let them know our onward travel plans sooner- as there was no one able to access the safe to return our security deposit prior to 6.30am or any support available after 10pm, which isn’t made clear.

Beautiful room with a nice terrace. Access to a nice infinity pool. Food was amazing and staff super friendly

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. When I wasn’t feeling well and even collapsed, they all took care of me with such kindness and attention. I’ve actually been staying here to focus on writing my manuscript, so I spent most of my time holed up in my room. But thanks to everyone’s incredible support, I was able to work comfortably and peacefully. I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much.

A bit overpriced restaurant, a bit oudated furniture in the rooms.

Staff was World Class in accomadating my physical disabilities. They even ran to my aid with an umbrella when it rained! I never had to carry a suitcase or bags my entire stay, And I had quite a few. The view took me away in the paradise I was actually in. It was spectacular! I had a pool side room for my 8 nights, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The grounds were immaculate and I enjoyed watching the groundws keeper perform his duty with so much joy and pride of workmanship. The staff ALWAYS greeted me with bright shiny smiles. My room was spotless and made up for me each day on my return. The mini bar was always stocked to my bewilderment. My bed was comfy and inviting with fresh picked plumeria flowers on the spread. The breakfasts were beyond exceptional. I have never in my life seen such an exquisite morning spread as they put on in their resturant. You could literally have any and everything you can think of, and then some. I didn't want to leave it to come back home, as they made me feel like royalty. I have never been treated so well anywhere in my life as at the Code Samui. Im going back! Oh, I can't forget-when you go, you have to book a full body Thai Massage or a believe foot massage at their NUT SPA. I promise you will walk away enlightened and rejuvenated.

The place was beautiful and very peaceful. We were pleasantly surprised by the two saunas that were available free of charge. The infinity pool was stunning. The breakfast was basic but good, and the cleaning standards were high. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—thank you!

I was disappointed that the pool doesn’t get sunlight all day; instead, the sun only reaches it from behind the building. There were a few sun loungers by the pool where the sun did shine, but they were almost always reserved every morning. This was a letdown as we wanted to relax in the sun. The hotel room looked bigger in the pictures. The breakfast also repeated itself, and it would have been nice to see more variety.

Location and all aspects of service were fantastic. The room was more like an apartment with an exciting view.

Beatiful view from ocean and sunset rooms! Very nice and helpful people! Super nice spa! We enjoyed much the swimingpool with cool music! The suit for 4 poeple was perfect !

The view from the restaurant is a little disepointing.

Nothing to criticise, this is a new, stylish hotel.

Clean, airy and open apartments. We loved the incredible views and we had the most comfortable couch! Lots of storage space, kitchenette and nice sized balcony. The TV is handy as can be seen from the couch and the bed. The pool was one of the best features with infinity views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, open late which was perfect as we could come from the beach and then use the pool in the evening. Food was decent at the hotel and staff were lovely. There is a shuttle service to the beach which is useful as taxis are very expensive! It’s more economical to rent a bike if you can.

It is a busy hotel with lots of families and children, so not the most ideal for couples, but it is acceptable. The biggest thing that affected our overall enjoyment was the poor shower. The pressure was horrible and it was either scalding and boiling hot or too cool, you could never get the right temperature. An engineer came to look at this but it didn’t make any difference and it seems all the rooms have the same issue. Compared to the rest of the apartment the size of the bathroom was tiny. In addition the bed was quite hard and not very comfortable and the duvet was shedding fluff/feathers. The shuttle service stops at 4pm which is very early. Lastly there is no lift so just be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Most of the apartments are very similar apart from the corner rooms which I believe has a slightly bigger living space.

The view is amazing. The service is also beyond expectation. The room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Breakfast has limited choices and not so good. Bathroom has glass door.

Lovely pool, very clean surroundings and accommodation.

The drinks to the pool took forever to be served and the Aircon in our unit was so disturbingly loud at night that we had to move to the living room sofa, but the fan didn’t work without lights being on. So sleepless night for us.

Modern, close enough to walk to restaurants and cool beach bars. Different hardness of pillows on the bed. Sofa was so comfortable and great to laze around on. The staff were incredible

Nice and modern rooms, great balcony with seating area with a great view. Beautiful infinity pool. Scooter rental in the hotel (you need one to get to the store/restaurant). Breakfast was nice most of the time. Beautiful location.

Unfortunately, the bed was rather uncomfortable and hard, the sockets were loose so charging our phones turned out to he more difficult than it should be. Breakfast is nice (it's a la carte) but not that much.One thing that bothered us (and we booked this hotel as one of our more luxurious stays) was that it's not that clean. The bathroom had stains on the faucet, the toilet with hose didn't seem very clean and the doorse etc. had fingerprints on them. No clean towels one day. The shower was bad - very low pressure and no second shower head. Made it difficult to wash out longer hair.We had a good time there anyways, dont get me wrong. We just expected a bit more concerning the details like bathroom/cleanliness from a hotel that looks that fancy. The view made up for a lot of it :)

The room, facilities, location, views and staff were all excellent.
