For a smaller property, the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were all warm and friendly. I loved the place.

The area near the beach is obviously unfinished. Concrete work is not pretty and can hurt your feet.

Service was the best. All the staff there are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Very clean property. We stayed in the pool villa and it was the best. I would definitely come back!

I stayed at the villa with private pool and it was absolutely amazing!! Nice, clean, fun, super close to beach, great restaurant, amazing little touches of service, i had a perfect stay and would be happy to return!

This is a really great place to stay if you are looking to relax away from the crowds, which is what I was after. The villas are very nice and well-equipped. I really appreciated the coffee maker, water, and snacks. The plunge pool was really nice. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable.

This wasn't a problem for me, but I think other travelers should be aware that the location is pretty remote. If you are wanting to be near lots of restaurants and nightlife, this is not the place to stay. It worked for me because I wanted peace and quiet.

Loved the pool and the views to the ocean are gorgeous! The staff was very accommodating and the laundry service was good and affordable. The location is nicely removed from downtown Lumai - and I walked there daily for food but it was a bit of a hike on a busy road.

Unfortunately, I had mosquitoes in my room from the instant I checked in. I assumed that was just standard in the area, so I didn’t inquire or ask to make a room switch, but I did end up with bites every day and night.

i was in the villa with the pool and it was sooooo nice!! excellent room, amazing pool, great restaurant and access to beach. i was really comfortable, and enjoyed their little touches from the nice welcome drink to the massage on the beach. i really hope to come back there again!

The only thing i would recommend is considering having more privacy between the villas

The check-in. Extra 3% for card, okay sure (normal in Thailand), card machine not working (weird, I used my card 3 times already today). Ok I’ll pay in cash, (staff proceed to keep 3% extra so they can pocket it the extra). This same trick was tried a couple of days ago at another hotel. Be careful

Very friendly staff, rooms are cleaned properly and smell the best after they cleaned them.

Even tough it is a fine hotel, it did not give me a high end luxury feeling which they claim to give.

The main reason i chose this place was because it had really good reviews but i honestly i didnt find it as good as expected, there wasnt many breakfast options if youre a vegetarian, the facilities in rooms were basic, the route to the reception comes after a steep slope and although the staff will come to pick you if you call them from the room buttt theres no phone in the room?

Beautiful entrance, Lovely staff, nice collection of amenities, warm welcome with snacks, nice coffee, 4 bottles of water, newl villa, morden style room and much more ;)) excellent cloth cleaning service, receive back in same day. Nice outdoor breakfast, lunch , dinner . Yoga class as per schedule / fire show friday night

It was BEAUTIFUL The staff where the sweetest people and nothing was too much trouble It was clean, the food was lovely and we didnt want to leave
