Loved the location. Lovely pools. Friendly staff. Wifi was good.

The mattresses on the beds were sagging and the pillows hard. All you can eat breakfast option at 300baht was too expensive. Would have preferred a breakfast menu.

Great place, pool very close and well maintained. Bed and bedding very clean. Shower was warm with good water pressure. Short walk to the beach and restaurant.

amazing resort, direct beach acces and quiet convenient location

Loved this property! It was very private, 3 pools, steps from the beach, beautiful. I had the pool to myself daily! Walking distance to cute streets and cafes on the beach. The room was beautiful and clean. Great staff. A huge clubroom area with lots of tables and outlets so you can work. Strong WiFi. Great value for the price!

Only thing would be better is if they had a cafe on site:)

Very quiet area, 3 minute walk down a lane way to the street with restaurants, cafés, massage, etc...great hairdresser.Two minutes to the beach .We had a large room with direct entrance into pool.which was shared with about 12 other rooms .Electric sockets in room not very good, had some trouble boiling the kettle at times, old room, needs to be refurbished, and the bed was hard and lumpy (room 407)5 minute walk to small food night Market which was good

Staff were lovely. Location lovely. But facilities very tired & run down. However, I did notice that restoration works were beginning.

It is a good place to stay for me, i did it for 2 times. Near the pier to koh pangan by walking for 30minutes

Lovely pools. AC was ok. Room facilities good. Some eateries nearby. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of towels - indoor & outdoor. Fantastic.

Location was great just a walk thru to the beach. Chinatown with lots of restaurants in a 2 min walk along the beach

It’s nothing like on the booking.com site. Run down lack of maintenance We had a glass door in our room for if you’re sharing and there is no curtain just frosted glass so every time the neighbours turn on their light it shines into your room. Should be 30% cheaper for what you get. Staaf not friendly and never check up on clients see pictures below of dirty bathroom window and light at 1 a.m. poli cotton sheets only one pillow per person. Would not recommend this place unfortunately

lots of restaurants and a food market as well as laundry facility in walking distance from the property, room was gorgeous and the balcony was a nice addition.

the water pressure under the shower is quite low, but it wasn't a big issue

It was quiet, the staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was spacious.

The bed was insanely hard. There were dogs fighting at night. The pool had a very strong chlorine smell. The shower was cold.

The beachfront access and the resort's location in Mai Nam to restaurants and stores in the area.

The rooms could use a bit of updating.

A very nice hotel, amazing pool, great staff, very good value for money, and just near the beautifull Mae Nam beach, will definitely come back !

The hotel is obviously not "new" so to speak, but it's well maintained and very, very good value for money :)The only thing is Koh Samui main road, where you have to be extremely carefull...

Everything is a little run down, also I did not liked the bed… hard as a stone. Also the stuff tried to give us a different room from a lower category then we booked and we had to discuss some time to get the room we have booked. I had the feeling this was kind of a scheme. Also it is quite complicated to book the room you want as they have all very misconducting and similar names (have a look at their floor plan with names to find the one you are looking for).

Manager behavior.I took car rent for 2 days but when they prepare paper and after that they handover car 40 min later but when I return car to them after one hour delay they charge me 6 hours extra amount. And also I returned car as same fuel they handover to me but they said fuel was not full and for that they charged 500 bath extra to me. And the manage was by over phone was not friendly and non-professional person.

The room was very large and the bathroom was a good size too. The location is very quiet and if you like to relax alongside pool then this is the hotel for you. There are many restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. The fishmans night market is just 4 kms away from resort.

No breakfast or food options at the resort.
