Price, but obviously Koh Samui became expensive in general

The staff was very friendly

Pool was completely green, we had mold in our shower. We left after our second night. Communicating our issues with booking was atrocious, they continued to send us a link to upload documents that did not work. They never sent us the document to even upload if it did. They never responded to our messages, and the emails they used to contact us can not be emailed back. When I called booking to talk to about it we were disconnected both times at exactly 21 minutes into the call, with no follow up or call back attempted. Booking needs to do something about this. I am more upset with booking.com than the Am Samui resort

Great hotel, you can hear the waves from your villa. Comfortable spacious villas. Laundry service on-site. Cozy chaise lounges and pool to chill during the day. Food in the restaurant is excellent

The airco is not powerful enough for the room size - it takes about an hour to get room to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast is to avoid - cold sausages, cheap instant coffee - you better save on breakfast and order food instead from a regular menu which is very good.

Beautiful huts on the beach, directly at sea

Quality of breakfast can be improved, but overall OK.

Location and staff are amazing. Some facilities are quite old, but rooms are very spacious and clean. The restaurant offers a good selection of Thai international food.

We only stayed one night, but we'd definitely stay again. A peaceful stay, responsive staff and comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed.

It’s all a bit tired and worn. It needs a good renovation and some money invested.The breakfast is mediocre at best. Very basic and questionable quality.

The resort is located directly in front of a private and peaceful beautiful beach. I’d read some reviews that said this resort offers the best sunset of Samui island.. I trusted it and I wasn’t disappointed. It was so beautiful! The staff is also helpful and friendly.The food at the restaurant (especially for dinner) is authentic and delicious.If you are looking for a relaxing getaway on Samui, look no further. This is the place.

It is of course a bit far from the pier and the city or any other attractions. It takes 20-30 to Hin Ta Hin Yai for example. But with a motorbike, it’s doable.

Staff were rude and unfriendly. Waited 20 minutes to be served a drink then came out wrong. More interested in weddings and proposals than the paying guests . Cut out stay short and nobody asked us why . Seems idealic but far away from any where

Large rooms with beachfront view. Lovely to hear the sound of the waves at night. A small buffet breakfast with egg station and basic choices overall. No noise from refrigerator as it was in the cupboard.

Rooms were old and dated. Bed was too hard. No bedside drawers and no bedside lights. Curtains were old and missing hooks. Sheers were dirty. Coffee area was dirty with splatters up the wall. Bathroom was mouldy and needed updating. Showerhead was hung on the wrong wall and would spray everywhere. No fan in the shower. Nowhere to store your wet pack in the bathroom. No hooks for extra towels. Noisy air conditioner for the room and the motors from other rooms. The whole room really needs a revamp.

Location is great good for short walks although the sea was disappointing for snorkelling nothing to see

Really nice location with bungalows directly at the beach. Great massages and friendly staff. Very close located to the Intercontinental which was great, as we attended an event there - reception called us the InterConti buggy for pick up.

Bungalows are quite basic equipped, e.g. too little hangers, no hooks at all and everything seems like it could get use some renovations.

Lovely and helpful staff. Resort is located in quiet part of the island. Perfect for winding down for few days.

Need to look for taxi or rent a scooter if want to go see anything, but it’s not necessarily a negativ.

The resort was very nice the rooms were clean,big and the tv and the ac worked. The staff were very friendly. The resort had a nice refreshing pool and a clean private hotel beach. They also have horse riding, scooter and car renting, fishing trips and more. The food they prepared was deliceous and the locatio was very nice

Old rooms. Pool looked dirty Breakfast was very basic and could be improved significantly. Omelette just plain and no cheese or fillings offered. Limited fruit. No GF options

A fantastic place to relax! The west side of Koh Samui is quiet and not crowded. There’s plenty of lush greenery, palm trees, and a serene, secluded beach. The only sounds I heard were geckos and various birds, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, the hotel is beautifully maintained and offers a truly pampering experience.

There are no power outlets in the bathroom or near the bed. They are only located behind the TV.

Nice resort on a quiet stretch of beach. Staff were friendly.

Wifi didn't work on one of the two days that we were there. The bed was too firm for my liking.
