One room key,hot water didn't work they fixed it took a day, beds was hard,
Location is superb - right in the middle of Chaweng - able to walk almost anywhere. Excellent housekeeping staff. The few things that we requested appeared within minutes. Restaurant staff was friendly and food was better than expected. Front desk answered all of our questions! We will be back next year!
Just next to the most beautiful beach in Koh Samui.. room is so big and clean.. the food at restaurants is supper yummy and delicious.. staffs are very helpful and polite Very worth for money

Locations of the Deluxe bungalows are stunning. Quitetly located in a beautiful tropical garden. 30 seconds walk the beach and 2 min walk to the centre of chaweng
No mosquito net at door and bathroom window. You need to lock the door and open air-condition the moment you enter the room.

The property is a little older but it was no issue for us.
We really liked the stay this year (also)The renovated bungalows was so much nicer than the hotel room we had last year. Everything is very good for the price you pay. Always sun beds available on the beach. Nothing to complain about at all.

I had such a great stay at Evergreen Resort in Koh Samui. As soon as I arrived, the staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was clean, comfy, and just a few steps from the beach, perfect for quiet mornings and beautiful sunsets. The location was spot-on: close to everything I needed but still peaceful and laid-back. I left feeling totally refreshed. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind on the island.
After one of the monsoonish rainfalls, water had leaked into my room via the closet, soaking everything in the room safe. Luckily, I had my passport and other important documents sealed in a ziplock baggie.
Nothing. We left the same day, and asked for a refund and they didn’t give us the refund.

Very close to the center, to all the fun things in the area and the beach.
When I arrived the room was non clean, there were no water (until the middle of the night), and there was a strong smell of cigarettes.
great location, right on the beach, close to the ark bar where all the nightlife is happening. Room at the main bulding was big with a nice shower, unfortunately not clean.staff was very kind - they helped as much as they could.
Room was not clean, towels were dirty, I barley used them but still I got skin irritation after one night that lasted 2 months....
It was right on the beach with the shopping mall very close by. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to make recommendations and book tours and transport for me.
The bathroom was a little dim and no fly screen on the bathroom window meant that mosquitoes were able to enter the room
