    Pros +

    • This is a lovely hotel situated in a quiet area near the beach. If you are a yoga enthusiast, this is the perfect spot for you. The rooms and villas are cozy and clean, surrounded by nature. The beach stretches for a long distance, offering stunning sunsets. The staff is nice and helpful, and we appreciated receiving water in glass bottles every day. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the neighboring property, just a short walk along the beach. The breakfast is vegetarian but quite tasty, with the option to purchase additional items for a fee. Conveniently, there are laundry services, a few restaurants, an exchange, and a small grocery store nearby. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport.
    • The location was so beautiful and quiet, besides the construction happening. The breakfast was really tasty! The yoga was great
    • Our bungalow room was a good size to 2 people. The bathroom was especially large. The beach was very accessible regardless of the time of day. You were able to swim / get wet at low tide. The beach chairs were comfortable. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was a continental style. All barista style coffees are available for a fee. We didn't attend any of the yoga classes but they looked pretty good. There are good eating options across the road from Satva that are well priced as is the local supermarket, offering a small range of goods if you don't want vegetarian.

    Cons -

    • This property is managed from another property, Alchemy, which is not quite next door to this property. Most of the dining options are available at Alchemy which means if you have difficulty walking, you're going to struggle to get there. The main information guide is in Russian only and should include English as an alternative. The massage therapies were in English!
    • Rooms were a bit tired. Didn’t like that they had separate food at breakfast exclusively for Anahata guests!
    • It would have been nice if there was also place to sit by the pool, it seemed the pool was mainly decorative, but a nice place to lounge there and read a book would have been welcome.

Use of Anahatas dining room for breakfast and restaurant . Free Yoga. Great communication prior to our stay , and Alex picked us up from Nathan ferry port free of charge which was amazing, especially after a long day of travel.

Rooms were a bit tired. Didn’t like that they had separate food at breakfast exclusively for Anahata guests!

My chain lock was broken at check in. I let the person know. At first they sent someone who walked in on me trying to find a towel to cover up (another good reason to need the chain lock). I still asked them to still come in and fix it. They never came back. I messaged again the following day. They said they would contact the staff. Even the day before check out when paying my bill I mentioned it and said they would send someone. The whole time I was there I had no safety lock, just the flimsy door handle. As a single female, this was disturbing. Especially since every time the neighbors entered their rooms, it sounds like they are coming into your room.

The Yoga classes were free, every mon-fri and Sunday evening. Staff was easy to communicate to through whatsapp/telegram. Any issues were quickly solved.Example: On the first day I found the breakfast was already cleared when the yoga ended. I alerted them to this issue, and it was solved immediately. (Also staff did serve me a huge breakfast that day when I expressed my disappointment in it being cleared).

It would have been nice if there was also place to sit by the pool, it seemed the pool was mainly decorative, but a nice place to lounge there and read a book would have been welcome.

A very nice place in a natural surrounding. Mainly visited by Russians, also most of the signs will be on Russian,- so good if you speak the language! The whole place is a little confusing (where to find what) so I wouldnt recommend staying for one night only as it will take some time to figure out the locations of steam sauna yoga etc. There is a free yoga class included in the price (9am) which is right by the beach. The steam room will be switched on on request and is well worth a visit!! The manager went out of his way to make us feel home do! He even took us to the ferry for free because there were little delays with our room!

Construction side in between the 2 parts of the resort. Noisy during the day.

This is a great functional place made great by the location - just gorgeous. We pretty much went with the flow of two hotels that are either one or being joined together, breakfast pretty good in the 'south end' cafe, great masseurs on the beach in the middle. What a beach. Nothing was a hassle - the whole place works

Bed was fine - they could upgrade the nylon mosi nets but heh this is nitpicking.

A truly amazing place – even better than it looked in the photos! :) A perfect balance between price and quality. The environment is cozy and pleasant, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Of course, your experience depends on your personal standards, but for me, everything was perfect. The food was super delicious and of high quality, and the beach was absolutely stunning. I was also pleasantly surprised by the people staying nearby – you could tell they were into a healthier lifestyle, positive, and friendly. I definitely recommend it!

Right on the beach, yoga classes, kayak and SUP! Vegan breakfast in a not crowded beach. That's what we were looking for!

Very good location, beautiful gardens and great yoga lessons.

It’s a special place that offers the right settings to disconnect while you rejuvenate your body and soul. 1. The whole complex’s is built as a small village of houses in a lush tropical garden. You hear the oceans in your room. 2. I choose it because of the vegan food and there are even two restaurants that serve vegan and vegetarian food. There are many smoothie options as well. 3. The yoga teachers are very professional and always fix your poses, which I find very useful. Overall I would go back to this hotel.

There is a renovation in the property next door, so if you want to sleep during the day bring your earplugs. The schedule for the yoga is not very clear and the location of the practices changes, so do ask when you arrive to make sure that you have all the info.

    LocationGood vegan breakfast CleanBeach

Mosquito while doing Yoga at beach front. Quite unbearable and major hurdle to attend Yoga class which was driving force for making the booking. Area could be partially screened off and natural Mosquito repellent used. Also fans to keep body temperature down alternatively change location of class!

Location was on a small beach which was nice but still far from any town

Staff ignored my request to book yoga (you have to pay extra and book in advance). Alex seemed friendly but other than that everyone spoke Russian to me and all the guests/staff/signs in the room were Russian. Just a weird vibe and didn't feel included as I am a solo traveller who speaks English and a little Thai. Hard to explain but all the neighbours seemed to chat to each other but didn't even smile at me as I walked past.

we stayed for 4 nights in the villa with 4 adults. what we liked: excellent breakfast buffet with lots of veggies, fruit and other delicious things. the pool is just a few meters adjacent to the villa. the rooms were clean. beds were comfortable. the beach is just 10 meters from the resort. the owner/manager was very hospitable. we had a car, so easy to visit more busy areas like lamai or bophut

the villa was located next to a lot of trees and shrubs. makes the atmosphere very relaxing. downside is that the sink in the bathroom attracts a few ants coming from outside. they don’t bother us. easy to remove by spraying water

The view of the hotel is stunning, very nice bungalows, directly at a beautiful quiet beach. Feels like a small paradise. Very helpful owner, 2 authentic Thai Restaurants right on the street.

Yoga class in the morning was not included. Breakfast was good but you had to pay extra for eggs.Unfortunately the matress was very uncomfortable. Also there was a construction site and we had the room right next to it. That took away a little bit of the paradise experience. Owner was very understanding and offered discount at the next stay. There are a few locals that try to sell pedicure on the beach. I found them very pushy.

Lovely location by the beach with a few shops and restaurants right outside - making it easy to find places to eat and do laundry. The room was comfortable with its own sun lounger and chair.

The water press for the shower could have been better. While I didn't choose the place for yoga it was disappointing that once I checked in I received a message that this was extra - even though I had already asked if it was included with the room when booking and was told it was.
