Exceptional venue. It is not a touristic place and the beach is very calm. Perfect spot to enjoy paradise ! Fantastic venue: beautiful, clean, nice tasty breakfast. Restaurant across the street is fantastic.

The beach front location. Not much around so full relaxacion. Bungalows are decent and kept clean. Handyman ready whenever help is needed.

A pretty garden beachfront resort I was upgraded to the beachfront villa, spacious, large separate bathroom, modern, clean and had great view. Only annoyance was the amount of little flies

Location was very good, nice beach in front of hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff

Cockroaches in rooms. Not fun to wake up at night and see them running on the ground. Also, rooms’ bathroomes needs a proper good restoration

I didn’t find the staff very helpful. And the cleaning wasn’t great. I had to ask them to clean the mould off the bathroom. The property looks old and tired. There is no laundry service despite them advertising that they offer that service. Fortunately the cafe across the road takes in laundry. I found it very frustrating that guests would reserve sun lounges as early as 7.30am by placing towels on them, but not use them for many hours. There are signs up advising that this is not allowed but no-one enforces it. There are more guests than lounges so this should be monitored. No tour desk or advice on local tours or activities.

Very nice hotel but if you were there for any length of time you would need a motorbike otherwise you were limited to only a few restaurants. Breakfast was adequate. Two very nice swimming pools that were always quiet.

There were not enough sunbeds at the beach. There was plenty of room for more so more should be supplied. Unless you arrived early in the morning you were unable to enjoy the beach.

The room was huge and had exceptional views. 2 swimming pools to choose from and straight down to the beach which was nice. Decent breakfast included. Staff are very nice.

Quiet location. Great little restaurant to the front of the hotel. Nice pool. Lovely gardens. Our room had a view of sea over garden bungalows.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Set choices. Prefer buffet choice personally. Rooms were basic. Had to borrow a second chair from corridor.

The outdoor facilities are amazing.Staff is very friendly.The only downside was that 2 out of the 3 rooms we were in had a very bad humidity problem.The smell was strong.Breakfast could be improved for sure, but was ok.Generally speaking, good price/ quality and service.

The resort does not have many facilities, place was a bit of a death trap with broken tiles in bathroom , air conditioning could barely cool the room , and the noise from other guests playing music on the beach was off putting, stayed for 2 nights out of six and decided to move to a better location.

General location. 2km from nearest ATM. Only one plug socket beside bed which was used for wifi. Renovations ongoing during stay.

We got to use kayaks for free. Own quiet nice beach area, lots of sunbeds. Nice pools.

Location. There wasn't markets nearby or any kind of services. Even closest atm was in 3km. No beach bar, only place you could buy alcohol was from reception and they served only wine and beer. Wine wasn't good and it was expensive. They were doing loud renevation during the day, even during breakfast time.,

The facilities are wonderful. The price was good.. The pool looks great. It's on a great beach.....and I was surprised it had been given such poor reviews...then I found out why...

The place could be top notch..it isn't. The Aircon is a major sticking factor...it was useless and was stuck in fan 27°...I had to make some video calls from the room and it was HELL!!! I was red like a beetroot and felt as if I was going to pass out. The room is ok but could do with a spruce up.It is just an attention to detail thing really. My initial impression was good but within a few hours I just wanted to leave!!!! ?It is next door to one of the best resorts on the Island Nikki Beach and are frankly missing a trick. If they cleaned up their act they could be amazing, but for now they are below par. If they sort out their act I would happily stay with them again ...if nothing else you MUST sort out the Aircon!!!!!

Only beach was great.

The hotel is abandoned, starting from the room with an unpleasant smell, air conditioners buzzing throughout. Running water tankdidn't let me sleep. Just a tragedy. Dont have restoran or normal bar with food.

Lots of jellyfish at the beach and the location is remote therefore difficult for taxis and unavailable for transfers including activities.

Ladies at reception are very nice, but doesn't speak English very well.At the breakfast buffet every time something is missing, you need to go to ask for more, they don't check regulary.
