The location and the place was really nice

The room that I got was near the street so the street sound was really loud The bar at the pool wasn’t open so you have to walk to buy in another place The pressure of the shower was really bad There were like 2 plugs on the room so I had to take turns to charge my cellphone and my battery

Staff were lovely and welcoming it was close by the airport which was handy and shops and on the beach front !

The place was dirty needs a good clean especially the bathroom .. musty old smell In the room

Near the airport, good for an early flight. On a street with plenty of restaurants, shops, hair salons. Helpful friendly staff. Big room.

You could hear planes overhead. Door didn’t close properly to balcony so street noise came through. Also curtains let in light. Bring an eye mask and you’ll be fine.

Incredible location on the beach. So peaceful apart from the sounds of nature but this is a positive! We stayed here at the start & end of our trip on Samui but could have happily stayed longer. Staff were very kind & helpful. Couldn’t fault anything. Walking distance to some really nice food spots, especially if you turn left on the beach & walk to KOB by the sea. Also they now have a small gym at the hotel which is an added benefit. Being able to step outside & walk along the beach in both directions is also helpful perfect.We had a toddler with us & there was a small pool too which was great for her.

Excellent customer service by the very friendly staff. Good location. Pool and bar were the highlights. Quick response to fix issues.

Our A/C was broken. But the maintenance guys were on the job to fix it. Our room was stinky.

Nice, quiet, and very clean place. The pool was perfect, and the beach was just a staircase away.The staff was superb, did everything to make us feel welcome, helped us book ferry, recommended nice places to eat.Would like to come back some time.

Nothing we didn't like!

This is truly a magical beachfront property. It lacks some details (there is no food served and the cafe on site was closed for the duration of our stay for example), but there are so many places right on your doorstep it didn’t really matter. The location therefore is spot on, the beds comfy, wonderful helpful reception staff with food places, massage, laundry, taxis etc all right outside your front door. It was perfect for us.

It would have been nice if the beach bar was open more often.

Staff were exceptional, pool was great as were the rooms. The beach was good and very close, and when open, the beach bar was lovely. We also liked to little coffee shop.

The hotel is right on a busy road, and is built around a McDonald's restaurant. They seemed a little short staffed and so the beach bar (which did great cocktails) didn't open every day. We also had a nasty smell in our bathroom, however the staff fixed this very quickly and couldn't apologise enough.

Noicy & outdated

The property is directly on a very busy road. Inside the room there were no sound isolation, so during the night you can hear everything. I practically stayed awake all night because of noice from the street.In general the facilities are super outdated. Room was dark and not cozy at all. Good thing that we only stayed for 1 night. Would not recommend.

The location is perfect with everything you need within walking distance; massages, 7/11, laundry and so many incredible food options. Not to mention easy to get a taxi to/from the airport as it is only a short drive away. It would also be ideal for those catching a ferry as it is next door.The green tile pool looks concerning but the updated pool area is actually really nice and surprisingly quiet even during peak season. We loved watching sunset from here. The room was way bigger than we expected with plenty of space for luggage. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help.

The mosquitos are EVERYWHERE in the hotel, especially, right outside the rooms/stairways. There is a new McDonald's that blocks half of the hotel. A Pro for some but it is a little strange that everyone can look into the hotel from the inside. We were disappointed in the on-site cafe but it was really the only way to use the common space of the hotel.

Location, being seafront, near the ferry to Koh Phangan, private seating area, pick up from airport.

Room was musty smelling. Expensive for solo traveler.

Absolutely amazing! Staff were so friendly and helpful, genuinely one of the best places I've ever stayed at and would come back in a heartbeat. Special thank you to Leah she went out of her way to help us and truly made our stay special! Thank you Punnpreeda team!

Lovely quiet spot along the beach with direct access onto a secluded part of the beach. Lovely quiet pool. Restaurants and bars à stones throw away if you fancy more action.

More lighting in our room, it was a little dark, but really didn’t bother us that much, we weren’t in it very much.

Proximity to bangrak pier is perfect for logistics of moving to Koh phangnan , airport pickup makes it so easy , room is lovely , bed is comfortable. Staff super helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff is a real plus to this great resort. We enjoyed very much our stay at Punnpreeda and would totally recommend it. Rooms were always very clean, the pool with coffee and cocktails was very enjoyable and a small gym is a nice addition. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay amazing!

There is not a bad thing to say about this hotel. I will recommend this to every person I know! Sweetest staff ever, great drinks in the bar, gym that was just enough, amazing wifi, A 10/10 stay, we will be back
