Loved the breakfast, amazing view, coffee, food choices. Staff were exceptional, cant rate high enough.

We were lucky enough to book one of the beach view rooms with plunge pool and it was incredible! We loved the small private beach for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The rocky scenery is so unique and beautiful. We read some reviews saying you couldn't swim but we swam every day and it was beautiful. We also took out the kayaks they have for free and really enjoyed exploring the coastline around the area. The food at the restaurant is great and we also liked exploring outside the hotel around the grandfather rocks area which is walkable. Would absolutely stay again!

Food and drinks were a little expensive at the resort. There was also a proposal setup while we were there which meant that we couldn't access our favourite part of the resort for the day. Just keep this in mind as they do also offer weddings here. We totally understand that is a nice feature of the resort but it is a little inconvenient for other guests staying at the time.

Incredible, incredible staff! So friendly, proactive, and supportive (and funny!!!) - a rare find. Super clean rooms, with cleaning & turndown service with sweets left on the bed every evening ?Great location, beautiful ocean view, good restaurant & breakfast.

Great view from the hotel and good location for snorkeling.

Bit expensive to take a taxi to town and the shuttle was only twice a day from the hotel.

Both garden and beach pools very clean and nice. Preferred garden pool just because it was more secluded and bigger with different levels.Small beach was nice as well.Dining restaurant overall was ok - had western and Thai options.

When we arrived and shown to our room, we found the patio door did not close properly. While their maintenance guy did attempt to fix the issue, we were disappointed that this occurred in the first place. After a complaint, management did provide an updated suite, which was appreciated. Room was great except the shower drain did not work properly and a bad smell emanated from the drain, from the which turned us off - turns out it was clogged. While breakfast was included, would have been nice to have a different variety as it was the exact same spread daily. Ordered different variations of eggs and did not enjoy.

Whilst it is a nice resort with excellent staff there are shortcomings. We found the design of the bedroom was lacking. Although it looked beautiful it had a shelf in the bedroom which was quite dangerous. Also I prefer some cupboard space. In addition the pillows were not terribly comfortable.The pools are lovely but there weren’t sufficient sunbeds and clients were saving beds. Breakfast was nice but at times was a bit hectic and some customers were handling bread then putting it back. On one occasion my egg dish I ordered came out completely cold.Evening meals were nice and cocktails were exceptional.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was so very comfortable! Breakfast is a must, iced coffees and their french toast just delicious.

No cocktails at the pool before 1pm, like any typical hotel dinner and drink prices more expensive than going out

The resort was beautiful, the pools were amazing and the staff were so kind helpful, they couldn't do enough.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating, the gardens lush, and the views stunning. Our sea-view room, with oversized king bed, was spacious, spotless, and featured direct access to a shared infinity pool.The restaurant offered variety, with the standout being the fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented Thai dishes—truly delicious.If you're seeking warm, friendly staff, excellent Thai cuisine, and a beautiful setting, this resort is a great choice. The only downside was the location, requiring costly taxis to get to restaurants, shopping, etc, although there is a complimentary shuttle service to the local village.

The facilities were great and staff were so incredibly nice very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and very spacious.

It was just a little bit out of town but everything about the resort was fantastic

The polite staff

The room was infested with cobwebs especially over the headboard, room was depressingly dark with few lightbulbs, furniture was old, creaky and outdated.We requested the hotel to book a taxi to collect us from the airport and were told the cost was 2500 Baht which they insisted we paid on arrival. We later discovered the taxi fare was a mere 750 Baht (what we paid the taxi on the return journey to the airport). We felt the hotel were out of order to overcharge us by 1750 Baht.

The location was good , quiet area but near enough to get to the busier town. The loft room was super . Most of the staff were lovely.

The cooked breakfast was not as good as we had hoped. Our son stayed in a pool view room which wasn’t great. The air conditioning leaked and it smelt a little bit damp sometimes .

Staff were amazing and resort was spotlessly clean. Room was great and it's the best bed we've ever had on our travels. It was massive and very comfortable

Too busy. We were told it was high season and that was it, which wasn't good enough to accommodate us. We couldn't get space at the pool and ended up just sitting in the room a few times. We cut our stay short as a result.

Leaving

Having to wait 20 minutes for an engineer to attend to change the door entry batteries when I should have been driving to the airport. Just poor management. The guest car park is tiny and is often used by suppliers/ workmen which requires elaborate and lengthy manoeuvresRoom upgrade to ”Ocean View” for one of our party enabled sight of the ocean if stood on tiptoes. Misleading. Food from room service is left to fester all day outside rooms because staff can’t be bothered to collect it. Poor management. The grounds are well maintained but the external property needs refreshingThe hotel manager is exceptionally unpleasant and the general manager couldn’t be bothered with the guests

The rooms are well appointed with a great view of the ocean, we got upgraded to a room on the beach with a plunge pool which was amazing although it is worth noting, they are not very private rooms, if you have the blind open people can see right in.The resort is really well maintained and beautiful more 5* than 4*.Food was generally pretty good and the staff are friendly.We used the spa for a massage which was good and the gym is alright.The location is nice, by the sea however there isnt a lot of places to walk to for lunch/dinner however Grab is easy to get and many places are a 10 min taxi ride away.

My only slight gripe is that it is quite difficult to get a sunbed round the pools and the tide was often high during our stay so the beach wasn't really an option.
