Sitia Beach City Resort & Spa

We loved the big room and the friendly, smiley staff.♡♡♡♡ They were very helpful in making bookings and recommendations. The beach across the road was so refreshing with crystal clear water.

The breakfast food, it was not great quality. Thats the only reason i wouldn't give this place a perfect score. Too many options.... rather than having 25 poor quality items, it would be better to focus on 4 or 5 high quality options.

Breakfast was superb. Room was spacious and very calm. Exceptional balcony!

Beautiful location across the beach. The hotel also has 2 beautiful swimming pools.

Our suite was not clean enough for our standards. We never wear shoes inside but had to cause the floors were dusty from day one.

Breakfast was in poor quality, limited choice of selection. Expanded continental.Lack of storage room and space for longer stay in the room for family.Neighbors were heavy smokers and it made almost impossible to enjoy the balcony.

Great location at the water front and within easy walking distance of the town and harbour. Several swimming pools with poolside bar and no shortage of sunbeds. Very comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast and evening meal.

the facilities and the location are perfect

we stayed only 24 hrs and in this time it was not possible to use the spa (occupied or technicians were doing something).i also didnt like that i had to pay 20€ for 3 hours late check out

Rooms small, shower very small, as a large man I couldn't access. Breakfast buffet, standard fair, and not very hot. Evening restaurant seemed empty, not even sure if it was open? In general this appears to be an old hotel which requires upgrade to modern standard, definately not a 4 or 5 star quality.

Great staff, awesome service , property and room were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent.

Shower is in a very small place, it can be a problem for big people. Soft drinks and beer in the bar had a funny taste.

We took 2 rooms and asked to seperate bads for the childrens room but it was set as double instead of two singles.Breakfeast was lacking vegan options.Elevatoors function badly.No drinking water in public areas.

Big resort hotel with several pools and good sized rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Easy walk into town for restaurants.

Very good selection with breakfast. Lots of entertainment next to swimming pool, on other side of road small sand beach from which you can walk to centre (long small beach) On the day we were there ,very good greec music in the bar in the evening
