It was very far from centre and there isn’t anything nearby not even a beach that you can swim

The room was quite big for a 4-member family and super clean

Breakfast must be enriched, it is quite plain. The pool must be better cleaned

The room was big and had a kitchenette. It was in a rather quiet place and they had a nice swimming pool.

The beds were really hard. The shower head functioned bad. At breakfast, you had to come in early, as otherwise lots of things such as bread rolls were all gone, and it seemed as if no one filled up... Light in the room was really bad, there was a reading lamp of poor quality for only 1 out of 3 beds.

Close to Minoan and Hellenistic remains. Sitia is an interesting working town. Good places to eat there and 1km east of the hotel. Though better to drive as road busy. Good pool and breakfast.

New hotel 3km from Sitia quiet but isolated...therefore a vehicle is necessary. Sufficient facilities advertised in place. Powerful a/c. Good wifi. Free Parking. All in all real value for money

Water dripping from the a/c engine unconfined on the balcony made the floor wet and slippery. The hotel should really do something about it!

Apartment was big. Owner was polite.

Very spacious room with sea view, calm and very close to the city and all beaches. A very good option for long staying in Siteia.

It had a nice pool and parking. Also the room was extremely big.

The wifi wasn’t working, we couldn’t open the window because the neighbors would see us, the beds weren’t comfortable.

Great receptionist, the apartment was spacious, clean and cozy.

The bathroom door couldn’t close properly and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

The twin beds put together where extremely hard. (felt like we slept on the floor)

The place is super quiet in front of the sea, there are some super nice beaches nearby or 20 min away. The owner is very kind and he cares about every detail (there is a hose in the balcony to clean your stuff after the beach). The swimming pool is lovely and the rooms very clean, comfortable and big. In sum, I highly recommend this place.

The pool is great, really clean and plenty of room. The WiFi has really improved which is helpful. Cleanliness of rooms and linen is superb. Additional shampoo and hand soap is a nice new touch. Really well maintained. Great value.

Value for money hotel (cheap), size of room comfortable, clean room (every day)

Staff indifferent, breakfast poor, bed very firm (like a stone), location in the middle of nowhere 3 km from Siteia but the road very dangerous to walk)

Great value - large room with sea view, everything worked. Nice pool. Quiet and convenient for access to Vai beach, Sitia and more. Having a car is recommended. We had one and it was perfect for us. Dog-friendly!!! This was the deciding point for us.

Screens would have been nice. They would have allowed us to keep the French doors open at night.
