Good breakfast with fair number of choices.Location just across street from ocean and restaurants, beach area just a few minutes walk.

Great location, clean, rich breakfast. Facilities are good but in clasic basic style.

As it is situated in the pedestrian area, take into consideration the distance from parking area the and to carry luggage (5 min walk)

The stall is what made it perfect very friendly. I left my watch behind before I noticed it missing I had already gotten

Great place to stay. Sea View room wonderful. Room clean and very comfortable. Location excellent. We visited in the winter when the rooftop wasn’t open so will have to come again and experience that but it looks amazing! All the staff friendly and extremely helpful, lovely continental breakfast to start the day.We will come back for sure!

Pleasant stay - the room was quite spacious and clean. The hairdryer is a bit old fashioned. The view from the balcony is quite nice. All in all it's a nice pick!

Reception staff wonderful at check in. We were going to miss breakfast due to our ferry schedule, but he had it waiting for us when we left. Very kind. Location perfect. Hotel had a nice restaurant across the street on the harbor and ice cream bar in lobby. Room minimalist and dated but fine.

Rooms could be updated.

Close to everything and very clean

Bare minimum facilities. Didn’t even have an iron to iron my very wrinkled shirt.

The location. The check in from 12pm. Check out 12pm. View from the roof top. The coffee.

Shower with plastic curtains. Bed is too soft and worn. Staying on the rooftop requires buying drinks from the bar even though you're a guest of the hotel. Sea view was a bit of an exaggeration, you basically can just see a little piece from the room we had.

Perfect location right in the centre of town, on the waterfront. Great hotel restaurant/taverna and hotel café right on the waterfront in the marina. Very comfy bed. Solid WiFi (free) both in rooms and public areas. Excellent air conditioning.

Rooms on the small side. Absolutely tiny bathroom and balcony. No soundproofing. No 'Do Not Disturb' sign to hang outside the door (got woken up by housekeeping during siesta hours).

Balcony and view are great. Breakfast was acceptable. The restaurant linked to the hotel was excellent and gave a free drink and dessert as we guests.

Parking is a bit of a walk away

Location was excellent, breakfast was good, staff were excellent, overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and as my wife is disabled they couldn't have done more for us.

The view is great, with food available so close. The marina water is amazing colour. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was a little uncomfortable but the locatiion and accommodating staff made up for it.

Booked for 1 night ended up staying 3 nights . Off season March , weather was very good +17 to + 20 sunny every day , no crowds . Hotels and car rentals much cheaper. Hotel gave me harbor view room at no extra charge. Steps from restarants , shopping and harbor.

Hotel like others in Sitia was a bit dated but it was clean and everything you basically needed was there . More important was every body was very accommodating and friendly.

Roof top bar and pool, good breakfast

Staff were very friendly and very helpful place was very Central very close to the water with the water of you very comfortable.

Rooms are very outdated, Need some new bed covers, etc. Because of the central location night time is VERY loud !No parking space at all.. In the same street almost impossible to find a spot daytime ( may be early morning)

Great location right at the heart of the town. If you are lucky you get a view to the port. People are nice and polite

The fridge was not working and it was still very hot in November. Therefore a bit inconvenient. And the wifi was very unstable, almost non-functional for the most part of the day. The hotel looks like it shoud get a bit of a basic renovation to bring it to decent standards.

The location was excellent, as the hotel's position on the waterfront of the city allowed direct access to the city centre, which was in close proximity. Great selection of shops for coffee and food, easy access to the town's airport, perfect for a relaxing stay in Sitia.

I can't find anything I can describe as negative.Of course you can always, if you look hard enough, add something, I would say maybe a few more options to the breakfast. I personally needed certain things, and I found them, but that of course, is a purely subjective opinion. The hotel met my requirements and I am very happy.
